The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Strip any used beds, gather used towels and store extra beds
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Turn AC to 76 auto/cool
Turn off pool heater
Place the poolside furniture back in its original locations, close the umbrellas, and cover the furniture with provided coverings. Return beach chair pass near welcome station.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
No smoking/vaping indoors. $500/day fine. Shoes off inside. No parties. Quiet hours 9 PM–7 AM. Max 6 guests, no unregistered guests. No mailbox use.
Eat in dining area only. Cover/stow outdoor furniture. Close umbrellas nightly. Return pool/backyard items after use. Lost beach pass $100.
Golf cart rental requires waiver + ID. Missing/damaged items and Pay-Per-View charges billed. $500 fine for excessive cleaning after checkout.

This property was perfect for our trip to Boca Raton! The host was very responsive to any questions and made the whole process easy from start to finish. The location was perfect with just a 5 minute walk to the beach. The bikes and Oceanside Service were a great plus! The backyard was especially beautiful and such a nice space to relax. We had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend this property to other small groups visiting Boca Raton!

We had a great trip! Robyn, our host was really great. Gave us lots of info re what’s going on and super quick to respond and help out. She fixed an issue for us same day, within an hours notice, and came round while we were at dinner to make sure it was sorted. We really appreciated that!The location was really good! Loved the pool area.Just really happy with the stay. Thanks v much!

Very clean and had everything we needed. Communication with the host was second to none. Very close to all that Deerfield Beach has to offer! Golf cart is a must!

The place is in a terrific location. It is a short walk to restaurants, bars, pier, and the beach. The golf cart is not included in the stay. It is available at an additional cost that is likely more expensive than a rental car. The listing says it sleeps six but we found it sleeps five comfortably unless you have small kids that want to share the couch. The place is clean, the pool is nice, and the location was great.

House was very comfortable and host was very thoughtful on many levels. The water and snacks were much appreciated. Only complaints were neighbors talking and smoking pot on other side of fence by driveway made me a little uneasy and realized the hot and cold water are switched in the house. That was workable except we realized the washing machine was also switched after we washed a load of darks puting it on tap cold and it washed it it hot. Hoping the housekeeper knows and doesn't actually was towels and bedding in cold. Loved the location and walking to beach and Playa Bowl. Pool was clean and enjoyable. Everything else was wonderful and i would definitely stay there again.
