★ The Haven House. This place just feels different.
Set high in the North Georgia mountains—where Georgia, North Carolina, and Tennessee meet—it’s quiet, cozy, and surrounded by views that are honestly hard to believe. Nearly every window gives you a front-row seat to the lake, the mountains, and the kind of sky that makes you pause.
We wanted a space that feels warm and lived in, not staged or stuffy. Something that invites you to slow down, sleep in, drink your coffee while it’s still hot, and just be.
Come on in.
You’ll walk into wood-beamed ceilings, a big open living room, and a fireplace that actually gets used. Whether you’re watching the sunrise or winding down after a long day, this is where the slow moments live.
The kitchen? She’s got range.
Literally. Gas stove, oversized island, and everything you need to cook or just snack your way through the weekend. There’s a wine and coffee bar, too—because obviously.
Three king suites = no drawing straws.
Each one has a spa-style bathroom and blackout curtains that don’t mess around. You’ll sleep like a rock.
Little nooks, big chill.
You’ll find quiet corners all over the house, plus a loft that feels like a treehouse in the sky. Bring your yoga mat… or don’t. No pressure here.
Downstairs, it’s movie night every night.
Oversized sectional. Blackout curtains. Big screen. Zero guilt for staying in.
Outside is where it gets next level.
Screened-in porch for slow mornings. Fire pit with Adirondack chairs under the stars. Hot tub. Cedar sauna. Cold plunge if you’re feeling brave (or just want to say you did it).
There’s also a gym. And ping pong. And games. Because you can rest and move your body. Or just crush your kids in Connect 4. Totally your call.
The Haven House isn’t about doing it all.
It’s about doing what matters—whether that’s catching up with friends, watching the sky change colors, or just taking a breath.
Welcome to The Haven House!

Nature and Wildlife:
Wooded mountain land is home to many creatures, including bears, bees, ants, spiders, snakes, and non-lethal scorpions (similar to spiders). While our cabin is regularly treated by professionals to keep them out, some may wander indoors. Please help by keeping the place clean and the doors closed.
Power Outages:
Power outages are not uncommon in the mountains and are usually resolved within a day, typically only a few hours.
Supplies and Firewood:
We do not provide wood or fire starters for the outdoor fire pit, so please bring what you need. The home comes with starter quantities of almost everything else you need. If you run out or need something we don't have, Walmart, Ingles, and Dollar General are just a few minutes away.
Assistance:
Don’t hesitate to let us know if you have any questions. Providing a five-star experience for you is our top priority.
