About this property

Modern Townhome right next to beautiful Jefferson Park and minutes from downtown. Within walking distance to Mile High Stadium, light rail, Denver aquarium, dining, and more.

ABOUT THE SPACE:
My townhome is 3 stories tall with a patio/balcony off of the master bedroom. It has 2 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms. The living area has a wall mounted 4k TV with an amazon fire TV loaded with Kodi, and an xbox series x, ps5, and original xbox 360 connected to it. I will have in the “house manual” how to access everything. There is a nice 5.1 surround sound system that you can connect your bluetooth devices to or to watch tv/movies with a cinema experience.

The 2nd floor bedroom has a queen slat bed, private full bath, and room darkening shades. It also has a complete empty closet for you to hang your clothes up in.

There is a den area that has a bookshelf filled with art/design books and a desk with an extremely comfortable office chair to do your work on. It also has a TV upstairs as well, and Futon that pulls out into a full size sofa bed.

On the third floor is the master bedroom that has an incredibly comfortable king bed. The bathroom has his and her sinks, with a oversized shower. The patio is accessed either directly through a door at the top of the stairs, or through the master bedroom with sliding glass doors.

On the patio is a 4 chaired table to relax at or have a meal, a cantilever umbrella, and a weber LP gas grille with 3 burners to grill your favorite meat/veggies while enjoying the gorgeous views of the city and elitch gardens amusement park. On game days you can hear the announcers and the roar of the crowd from the balconies cheering on the broncos.

I have a couch that will probably fit 1 person fairly comfortable, and have two additional queen size blow up beds that could be used in the Den upstairs and downstairs by moving the coffee table to the side as alternative sleeping spaces.

Great location, FANTASTIC property!

This property is gorgeous! Bathrooms on every floor makes things very convenient, and they are all gorgeous. The waterfall shower in the master suite is SO nice! Super high ceilings meant noise was reduced significantly between floors, which is a good thing when you have someone watching movies on the second floor and someone else gaming on the first floor. Everything was clean, and the host provided very clear instructions for how things worked (entertainment and gaming systems, where to put trash/recycle, etc.). Oh! The dog friendliness of this neighborhood is unmatched! Jefferson Park is steps away from the front door, and after it snowed we went out with our dog to find a GIANT dog party in the park! (I think there were 100+ dogs! So much fun, especially for those who have dogs or who love them.) Overall this property and host were absolutely amazing and we hope to rent again!

Broncos' fans....this is your place!

The location to Empower Field was spectacular!....literally a walk down the block! Very nice to have 3 full bathrooms, a balcony and easy access with Uber/Lyft when you want to get Downtown or other areas.

My name is Josh. I am a Graphic Designer, Animator, and Entrepreneur. I was born and raised in the mid west outside of Toledo, Ohio. I went to college at Bowling Green State University for visual communication technology and received a bachelors in science and technology. Over 10 years ago I moved out to Denver with a motorcycle, my clothes, a mattress and a dream. I became well known in the motion design community and befriended a ton of designers and animators in the area.

This is currently my personal home but I travel so much I am hardly there. I do have a dog so just a warning for anyone with allergies they may get affected as I can't guarantee the cleaners will get every dog hair cleaned up.

Why they chose this property

I purchased this property because I wanted to be close to downtown and also wanted a place of my own that will hopefully grow in value. I also really loved the location next to gorgeous Jefferson Park and really the view is what sold me.
