Convenient and comfortable

Great location right on the quieter end of Tennyson. Great coffee shops, eateries and boutiques all just 5 min walk away. No prob finding a parking spot on the street Clean, especially bathrooms. Our favorite part was the roof deck, sun and shade and views of the area. Pleasantly surprised with stocked cabinets in the kitchen and bathrooms. (Don't you hate it when there's no TP or PAM for some quick eggs?) Special shout out to Alisa who was responsive to our questions and special requests. Would recommend and stay here again. Thanks!

Nice but needs work

Air conditioning didn’t work and wasn’t fixed in a timely manner. Several things were broken including a bathroom sink handle and the umbrella on the deck. A hand towel holder and toilet paper holder fell off the wall in one bathroom. Good location. Instructions regarding on site parking were incorrect on check in instructions. Could be very nice with a little more maintenance.

Awesome Denver location

Fantastic place to stay in Denver with shopping, food and bars within walking distance. Great communication with owner throughout stay. Will definitely look to book again if I travel to Denver

Very Dirty Property

We did not stay here. We left after an hour because the property was very dirty and unsanitary. I took pictures and contacted VRBO support. We walked in to find a large toenail on the floor amongst dead bugs and leaves. The sheets had all types of body hair and stains were present. Soiled towels were left on top of the washing machine and linens were still in dryer. Property manager said cleaning crew was short a few people and only one person was working on making the property ready. There were other multiple cleanliness related issues I have documented and sent to customer support. I fully expect to be refunded for this experience. The management company offered a small discount or that they’d call the man back to have him clean the floors. At that point I didn’t want to waste anymore of our time since we’d been driving for 13 hours prior. Do yourself a favor and don’t stay here. Other local places are a better option.
