Perfect Landing Spot for Visiting Colleges for a Couple of Days!

We brought our boys to visit School of Mines and CU Boulder, and this was the perfect landing spot. So easy to get to all of the fun of Golden, and the school. We used all 3 of the comfortable beds, and even though we didn't use the kitchen, it was very well-equipped. I also appreciated the great communication with the actual owners!

Great little place close to CSM

We were in town for parents weekend at CSM and enjoyed staying at the cottage. It was clean, bright, and well appointed. The location was perfect for us and accommodated our family beautifully. We will definitely be back!

Peaceful stay

Beautiful views, cozy, and very clean! The deck was lovely to enjoy the mountain views anytime of the day, especially with a cup of coffee in the morning! Very quiet area, easy 15 minute walk to downtown, and the host Dean was super helpful with local tips and amenities! We saw two shows at Res Rocks and location was perfect for getting there. Would definitely stay again!

We had an excellent experience at this vacation rental! The property was spotless and very well-maintained, making us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. Ideal getaway

I loved everything about this apartment. The view is spectacular, the location is convenient to the main stretch of restaurants and shops plus practically on the MINES campus. The kitchen is well stocked and the bedrooms are comfortable. We watched a movie on the big tv every night. Great spot to hang out!

Beautiful accommodations

My daughter and my son joined me for a short stay in Golden, Colorado. Accommodations are outstanding with fantastic views and comfortable beds. The kitchen is amazing. My daughter had her own room, and my son slept on the pullout couch and said it was very easy to use and comfortable. Also, very close to Colorado School of Mines, which was cool for us.

Beautiful property

My 2 teenagers, 7 year old and I had the best stay. Beautiful property, great location that is close to campus (my kids had camp at Mines), and an excellent kitchen that allowed us to cook most meals on property. The patio was amazing and I took time to relax and read and had a great view of the big M all lit up at night. We are looking forward to rebooking for next year.

Great location and clean

Location is two blocks from the School of Mines and very convenient. View from the deck onto the hills was very pretty and peaceful and the deck had nice outdoor furniture. Laundry is located downstairs however we didn’t use. Apartment is located above the garage up a flight of stairs. Parking next to the stairs is tight but ok for a small car. The apartment looks new, clean and well taken care of. Bathroom and shower are clean and nice, comfortable. The only area that needed improvement were the pillows which were too soft but not a deal breaker. As we had no time to go to shops and for people without a car, some basics in the apartment like Kleenex, tea, hot chocolate/apple cider would have been helpful and made our trip complete. Keep in mind that no one checks the VRBO app for messages. Once I called the company that handles the reservation and was given the owner’s cell number, communication was awesome.

Such a great place to stay in Golden! The condo was beautiful and clean with great mountain view’s from the patio. It was the perfect location! We were able to enjoy concert at red rocks, beautiful long hikes, local breweries, and restaurants. All with only a short drive. Within walking distance to downtown Golden. Would definitely return:)

Wonderful stay in Golden

Dean was wonderful to work with, made check in very easy and had great communication. Everything inside and out on the deck was beautiful and in great condition. Enjoyed having coffee on the deck enjoying the view. It was great location, close to downtown Golden and a great place to stay when going to Red Rocks! We would definitely stay here again!
