2 Kings + 2 Twins, Sleeps 6

Peachtree Towers is a premier downtown Atlanta Condo building. This 2/2 unit sleeps 6. Two king beds + two twin beds. Self check-in with ID is available 24 hours per day at the front desk of the condo. Then you will have a key fob to enter the building on your own. Linens and all kitchen supplies are included. You must pay for parking (but free parking is available if you can walk 10 minutes). This condo is professionally managed and professionally cleaned. Check-in begins at 4pm. I can do a 3pm check-in for free if you let me know you need it. To reserve an early check-in prior to 3pm, book the night before.

Amenities: – Bath & Body Products – Quality Linens (400 thread count sheets, towels, hand towels, bath mats, and washcloths - changed for each reservation) – Hair Dryer, Iron, and Ironing Board – Coffee Maker with Coffee – Amazon Echo for streaming music and asking "Alexa" questions. She's pretty smart! – Games (Adult-friendly and Kid-friendly, just for fun!) The bedroom with the King bed has the best view of the sunset. It also has the best view of Centennial Park. There is a small TV and two charging stations for your phone. The bathroom has a tub, a place to hang your towels, and a mirror. The TV in this room has an Apple TV to stream lots of content! The bedroom with the King bed and the Twin bed has a bathroom with a window that can be opened. There are extension cords so you can easily charge your phones while you sleep. The TV in this room has an Apple TV to stream lots of content! The living room features a grey Crate + Barrel sectional that is just so comfortable! There is also a white wooden day bed for lounging or sleeping, two red sofa chairs, and a small dining room table. The TV has local channels so you can keep up with the news. I love the charging station set up behind the sofa! The kitchen is well-organized and has basic cooking tools. Want to bake a batch of brownies? There is a glass pan, measuring cups, a bowl, a mixing spoon, and a spatula so get baking! Or maybe you are feeling like a pasta night? There is a pot for boiling the noodles and a colander for straining them. Just in cast you need to know - we do not provide a roasting pan, a grill, a blender, a mixer, or a juicer - so make sure to plan meals without those specialty kitchen appliances. There is a dining table with leaflets seats 4.

Guests have full access to the 2/2 condo unit. The layout of the condo is two master suites with the living space in between. This ensures privacy for both bedroom suites. The bathrooms are in the bedrooms and each bedroom has an air conditioner to keep you cool. There is also a nice balcony so you can enjoy the fresh air. Vaping is allowed on the balcony but please, no smoking. This condo does not have a pool, a gym, or parking. But it does have a liquor store. Parking is paid and if you are going to be coming and going many times a day in a car, parking could get expensive.

I live nearby and am available for anything you may need. The best way to interact with me is through messages! There is a front desk staff that is friendly. However, they do not hold luggage. Make sure to ask me for any questions rather than the front desk staff.
