This was the perfect place to stay on our long trip. We stayed here only one night but wish we could have stayed longer! Personalized details like chocolate and a local Kentucky soda with a HAND WRITTEN note were such sweet touches. Complete with a French press, drip coffee machine, keurig, a bag of coffee, plenty of clean towels and wash cloths….I could go on! Would absolutely stay here again!

Super clean and very quiet place to stay. Beds were super comfortable. Great place to stay if your family is wanting to visit the Ark. The convenience of Gas station and stores nearby was perfect. I highly recommend this place for your family’s stay.

Everything was amazing - some great touches as we arrived such as a personal note to greet us and some water and goodies! Place was really good - many places leave you a few towels for baths and showers this place has a whole bunch available. Very clean and I wish we had more time to use the backyard fire pit and grill! We will stay here again when we are nice area - hosts also had great and quick communication! Thank you for a great stay

We enjoyed a really nice family weekend while we went to the Ark Encounter which was just a short distance away. We appreciated how clean everything was and the well appointed details to make our stay more like home. Communication was excellent! Would highly recommend!

The house was very clean and well maintained. The hosts were very friendly and easy to get in touch with. They even left a welcome basket with some goodies inside. There are plenty of places to dine and a Walmart right around the corner if you need anything. Would definitely stay again if in the area.

Where do I even begin? This place is a 10 out of 10! Hands-down the nicest, most thought out, travel friendly place that I have ever stayed at. The beds are comfortable, the pillows are even comfier. The host really put thought into this place! Making sure it has a unique touch, and that you pretty much didn’t have a need for anything.. we traveled with 3 adults and 2 small kids. All of us absolutely loved it.

This cottage was very clean and nice with comfortable beds. It was decorated very nicely and had everything that you need. The location was great if you are visiting the Ark Encounter. The owners were great also! We would choose to stay here again.

This cottage is probably my favorite of all the places we have stayed that didn't have an ocean view. It was very clean and newly remodeled. The kitchen has everything you could possibly want and the beds are comfortable. There is nothing negative to say about our experience. I highly recommend this cottage to anyone visiting the area.

My husband stayed at the BlueGrass Cottage with another couple for a week while we enjoyed Kentucky, the Noah's Ark and Creation Museum and a trip to Cinncinnati. This cottage is without a doubt, the best rental I have ever stayed in. And my husband and I travel a great deal. It was clean, beautifully furnished. I knew we were in for a good time when we arrived, and there was a thoughtful welcome card and gift for us with locally sourced treats. This rental had every convenience you could think of provided for us to make our stay more enjoyable. Everything from bug spray to toilet paper, with a wonderfully appointed kitchen. We sat several nights enjoying the fire pit area, and our final night we cooked out on the grill. One night, we walked around the lake, which is just outside the back gate. If you are looking for a nice place to stay, look no further. Chris and Jen have thought of everything, so you can enjoy your stay.
