Great Family Getaway! Largo Mar 2BR.2.5BA Steps from the beach and hot tub!

Welcome to our family's beach house! Relax in our spacious, clean, and updated 2 bedroom/2.5 bath condo. We're located in a gated, beach front complex where you are steps from the beach, pool, and hot tub! There are no streets to cross! Enjoy a quiet family friendly courtyard with available chairs at the pool and common areas.

Drive right up to the door with your own parking space and no elevators to wait on.

First Floor:
The living room has a pull down queen size Murphy bed. There are two patios, one facing the parking area and one facing the courtyard.

Comfortable sofa and chairs with a flat screen TV. Large, 6 seating dining table and 2 bar stools. Small kitchen appliances include microwave, traditional and Keurig coffee pots, toaster, small crockpot, and blender.

Second Floor:
Renovated 2nd floor bedroom and bathroom! Bedroom has a queen size bed and a twin size Murphy bed, oscillating fan, and balcony.

Third Floor:
Spacious 3rd floor bedroom with a king size bed, flat screen TV, floor A/C, ceiling and desktop fans, and a private balcony with seating. Balcony has a beautiful courtyard and gulf view! Bathroom is remodeled with cool beach colors!

3 flat screen SmartTVs with access to your favorite apps, as well as DirecTV streaming! WIFI is also available.

Close proximity to grocery stores and restaurants, several within walking distance (Schooners & Patches Pub), as well as many attractions and St. Andrews State Park. Milk, bread, eggs, drinks, and beach toys are conveniently located directly across the street.

7 night minimum stay during June and July, booking Saturday to Saturday. No smoking, no pets, no large gatherings, or parties, and you must be 27 or older to book.

The person who books the condo must stay/sleep in the condo. The air conditioner is monitored and temperature is expected to be set no lower than 69 degrees at night and higher during the day. Please consider these requirements when booking.

I absolutely fell in love with this place! The house and complex was clean and met our expectations and needs. It was a perfect location away from all the chaos but family oriented enough my 8yr old daughter had other kids to play with. Robin was very kind to work with and I would be so excited to stay at this location again in the future!

Great Condo and Great Owners!

This was our second time staying at Tim and Robin Hardy’s Condo and we love it. The condo is beautiful and the kitchen has everything you need. Great communication with the owners. I am positive that we will stay for a third time in the future. If you are looking for a family oriented community, then you want to stay at Largo Mar with the Hardy’s, because you have no high rise hassle and there is room on the beach.

Girls Trip

I wasn’t sure how I would like this condo compared to the high rise style condos we’ve stayed in before, but IMO this is so much better. There is no waiting for elevators, you can walk right out to parking in the front or to the courtyard in the back. This condo is very clean, has many updates and is well stocked with everything you need. The location and proximity to the beach are excellent. Communication with the owner is very easy. They are quick to respond. I’m looking forward to returning to Largo Mar as soon as I can!

Why they chose this property

We started summer beach trips as our children were graduating from high school and loved going back as a family every summer. We've visited all along the Northern Florida coast, but we like Panama City Beach the best! We love the quiet atmosphere of Eastern PCB and the quick access to all the available attractions! We chose our condo, because of the close proximity to the beach and the space for our family. It's our home away from home, not just another beach rental! We would love for you to visit and look forward to working with you!
