Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Lockbox is located to the left of the front door hanging on the water valve. Code is 1979 Use a key throughout your stay and put back in lockbox.
Do not set air conditioner, less than 72°F because it may freeze the lines. Set air conditioner at 82°F at checkout.
Empty fridge turn off all lights and TVs. Lock the door and sliding door.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
