Turtle Tracks is a premium direct beachfront home with an open, comfortable layout designed for relaxed coastal living, accommodating up to 12 guests. The main living area features a spacious, connected layout oriented toward expansive ocean views.

This location offers rare flexibility - step straight onto the beach from the patio, enjoy nearby drive-on beach access points, or take a short walk to Flagler Avenue (approx. 0.5 miles / 9 minutes on foot) without ever needing the car.

Recently renovated and thoughtfully designed, the home blends clean coastal lines with comfortable, functional spaces. Large windows and sliding glass doors frame uninterrupted ocean views, creating a bright and inviting atmosphere throughout the main living areas.

The fully stocked kitchen opens directly to the dining and living areas within an open floor plan, creating a seamless layout for everyday use. Stainless steel appliances and bar seating complement the space, while floor-to-ceiling ocean-facing windows offer sweeping beach and water views.

Step directly from the expansive oceanfront patio onto the sand, just three steps down to the beach. This was a fun location. Love the New Smyrna area, we went for Daytona Jeep Beach but stayed in the New Smyrna area more than Daytona. Fun area for shopping, beach, restaurants, fishing, beautiful sun rises, and more. Had a blast renting electric bikes and exploring the area.

Great Beach Vacation House

House was very comfortable and well-equipped for our stay. Patio is amazing with a covered portion for getting out of the sun. We loved the views of the ocean from first and second floors. Location is great as it is a few minute walk to Flagler Avenue restaurant area. Property manager was very responsive to us and made the booking/check-in process easy.

Best beach front patio in NSB

Once again, we loved our stay at the Boardwalk. I don't really want to recommend this house as it will make it more difficult to book again next year but my family LOVES this house. Great memories are being made here while also being a great get away from the stresses of regular life.

We absolutely LOVED our stay at this beautiful beachfront home in New Smyrna! Decorated beautifully, plenty of room for our family of 8- a well-stocked kitchen with every appliance you might need! And the outdoor fire pit on the expansive patio overlooking the beach was fantastic! Flagler Ave is an easy walk- which was perfect for our teens to explore on their own. So many great restaurants to enjoy nearby as well. I highly recommend this home!

You won't want to leave

The house, ocean front patio and location are all awesome. This was our 3rd stay here and it seems to get better every year. Must do's for us every year, rent golf cart for the week, go to The Garlic a couple times, and lots of cornhole on the beach and back deck. Natasja is a great host, very responsive when questions arise but you won't have many issues

Why they chose this property

This newly renovated, beautiful beachfront home is owned by a very nice family who pays very close attention to the finer details of their home. This gives you an unforgettable vacation destination. It is one of my absolute favorite properties. We all know the horror of booking (and paying for) "oceanfront" and then spending the week leaning over some balcony, only to get a glimpse of a sliver of ocean far away. Not here! This house is a stone's throw from high tide, with incredible views throughout. Because of this awesome location at water's edge, the minute you drop your suitcases you're going to start to feel and act like a local. The inside of this home is spectacular, but you may not even notice because you'll want to spend so much time on the huge back patio, or upstairs deck, counting dolphin fins in a pod as they cruise through your back yard. The only bad thing about booking this property is that you'll never again want to settle for less! (Oh, and did I mention it's only a couple of blocks to all the shops, bars, ice cream, coffee, and boutiques on Flagler Avenue?)

What makes this property unique

What separates this home from so many others is DIRECT OCEANFRONT - CLOSE TO THE WATER - PREFERRED BEACH AREA - NEWLY RENOVATED - AND WELL APPOINTED HOME.

Besides all the benefits of the property's oceanfront location as listed throughout this ad, the other benefit is being so close (a couple of blocks, or 4/10ths of a mile) to Flagler Avenue.

On Flagler you can rent motor scooters, bikes, motorcycles, golf carts, surfboards, paddle boards, and kayaks. Sign up for surf lessons, reserve a charter fishing boat for offshore angling- or flats fishing on the intracoastal river, or drive back over the bridge to half a dozen local golf courses on the mainland.

If it’s shopping you’re after, within the several surrounding blocks there are numerous stores for clothing, surf wear, beach items and supplies, hardware, surf boards, liquor, pharmacies, and a major grocery store.

In the same area are a dozen restaurants and half a dozen local bars. Flagler Avenue where the list of stores and activities repeats itself. Flagler boasts some of the best dining and shopping in the area, along with everything from gourmet coffee shops to nightclubs that are popular year-round.

And of course there are the world’s best theme parks about an hour away including Disney World, Universal, and Sea World.

To experience some of the local culture that makes NSB a top rated beach internationally, don’t forget to walk the beach at night to try and spot hatching baby turtles scramble into the waves. There is also a nice surf break just off the back yard, or a short distance north is the “Inlet” near the lighthouse where you may join (or just watch!) the local pro surfers in action.
