Light, bright and beachy with a private boardwalk to the beach!! You'll feel right at home in this bright and beachy ocean view home at 62 North Harbor Drive, featuring a private boardwalk direct to the beach, screened porch, and high speed internet access!
Two of the 3 bedrooms open onto back decks with ocean views and the living area opens into an ocean view screened porch with a ceiling fan. For your comfort, there are ceiling fans throughout the home, including all 3 bedrooms.
The master bedroom features a private bath with a tiled walk in shower; the other two bedrooms share a 'Jack & Jill' bath.
A large bright, well equipped kitchen includes a cozy breakfast area, with a casual table and chairs, and also opens onto a dining area where you can enjoy a bit more formal dining. Numerous windows and sliding glass doors throughout the home provide beautiful natural light.
A gas grill is provided so you can enjoy cooking out on the back deck. Please be courteous and clean the grill after use so that it will be ready for the next guests. This is a 'second row' beach house, but there is no street to cross to get to the beach...just step off the back deck onto a private walkway direct to the beach.
King bed in master, queen in second bedroom, two twins in third, sleeper sofa in living area. Bedrooms with king and queen beds also open directly onto back decks.
No smoking, please. Pets will be considered with payment of a non-refundable pet fee of $200.
There is no place better for enriching your soul than Harbor Island, S.C., with its sights and sounds of the ocean, marshes, wetlands, and Harbor River. All of these ecological marvels, and their varied inhabitants of the shelled, finned, feathered, and scaled variety, are within sight or walking or paddling distance.
This house is located on a private island with almost three miles of uncrowded, pristine, sandy beaches. Spend the day relaxing on the beach or by the pool, enjoying a game of tennis or just watching the dolphins playing and the shrimp boats plying the offshore waters.
Harbor Island is the perfect spot for an intimate getaway or a fun-filled family vacation. As our guest you will have access to the Beach and Racquet Club's tennis courts, fitness center, and swimming pool overlooking the marshes of the Harbor River. There is also a kiddie pool and a playground for the children.
Renters must be over 25 years of age to reserve our property.
*3.5 % Booking fee added to total. Vehicle gate pass fees are per vehicle, set by the Island and subject to change. Rates: day pass $25; 2 nights $35; 3 nights $45; 4 nights $55; 5 nights $65; 6 nights $75; 7 nights $85;, 8-30 nights $140; 31-365 nights $215. Starter supplies (1-3 nights) provided of paper towels, dishwasher detergent, trash bags, toilet tissue, hand soap.
*Please note that golf cart rentals are NOT permitted for renters per the Harbor Island rules. Personal golf carts also can NOT be brought onto the island per the rules.
Where applicable, pet fee is $200 per stay.
