The home is beautifully decorated. The living area is open and bright with an electric fireplace for the chilly beach evenings.
The backyard offers a fenced in yard, hot tub, picnic table, fire pit and a park grill.
The bedrooms offer one queen, 2 bedrooms with kings, and the bunk room has full size bunks sleeping a total of 10 guests.

We had a great time at Winters by the sea. The open floor plan was great for all of us to hang out. The house was very clean and we loved how kid friendly it was too!

Exactly as described. Quiet street, easy beach access, comfortable spaces, well equipped. Loved the ability to hose sand off outside and come in through laundry room for kids and dogs. We enjoyed the hot tub after the cool ocean. Would happily stay again. Very minor thing- Wish the main bedroom bed was more firm. It had a very thick bed topper that I felt I had to crawl out of like a hammock.

This was a great place for kids, adults, grandparents, and pets to stay together. We walked to the beach nearly every day, and the spray station/dog wash was very helpful for getting that very fine sand off of your legs and shoes! The layout of the house was good for offering privacy without having to walk far. Hot tub was nice and private despite it being a small yard. There were adequate towels and blankets (fully admit we used all of the blankets because it was a chilly week) and the kitchen was well stocked with dishes, glasses, silverware and pots and pans. We didn't have a baby but I thought the high chair and baby bathing chair was a nice touch for families. The toliets also had a little extra seat for little potty training kids. My kids aren't that little anymore but I sure would have appreciated those things when they were.Overall a great stay and we would stay here again.

We had a long overdue getaway with our kids and their friend and or spouses! The house was warm and felt homey. All essentials that were needed was there. Overall we would 100% stay again. The only very minor downer was the grass was pretty long. We like to keep up after our dogs and we had also brought a propane fire pit for s’mores. Long grass make that a bit challenging. I did reach out to the host they said Tuesday for the yard but that never happened.

Winters is a modern property that is well maintained and attractive. It's a real home away from home and a great location for exploring the beach - a 2 min walk - Quinault Lodge - a 45 min drive to escape the marine layer and Seabrook. We cooked meals, used the laundry and spent every evening in the hot tub with the grandkids. On our first morning we realized the coffee maker was kaput - contacted Rick and the team, and came home to a new one on by the front door - can't say better than that.We stayed at Seabrook last year but prices have gone crazy - we got most of the benefits of Seabrook - including their excellent supermarket, coffee shops and restaurants but not pools - for a fraction of the price. Moclips is quiet and relaxing and when we come back we'll stay at Winters.

Pictures don’t do it justice actually. It was impeccably clean and had everything we needed! We loved the short walk to the beach which we did daily. Great hub for exploring the coast!
