Property was clean and stocked with extras. Beds were comfortable, towel new and clean. It is a perfect place to unwind and enjoy nature. Access to the hiking trail and close proximity to a vineyard were an extra bonus. We enjoyed our stay very much. Highly recommend.

Perfect location to Canyon of the Ancients and many offerings of this magical corner of Colorado! Well appointed, stocked and labeled, especially the kitchen. Owner was extremely helpful and responsive. We would definitely return for another vacation to this beautiful property.

We had a great stay at the Oasis! Our son and family stayed in the main house and the wife and I stayed in the guest house. A party of 6.The property was as described and well maintained and equipped. We did not lack for anything in the main house or the guest house.Communication with the owner was very good. I would recommend the property to anyone.Beautiful scenery. The property backs up to the Canyon of the Ancients National Monument and accessible from the property. A great place for exploring.

The Oasis at Sand Canyon was the perfect house for our family vacation. It was clean and well furnished. The house had everything we needed and more. The property connects to Canyons of the Ancient Monument with hiking trails right in the back yard. Highly recommend this property to anyone!
