Located above a motorcycle shop gives it that industrial feel. 3 min walk north is the best dispensary (Doobie Sisters) in town, 3 min walk to the south is the infamous Angles End Zone Sports Bar. Less than one mile to downtown Cortez with plenty of restaurants.
This is an upstairs apartment so there is one flight of stairs to enter. Also this unit is next to a highway and above a motorcycle shop. There will be some noise during the day and slight road noise at night.
