Welcome to Verana - 27 Redbud Lane

This coastal-inspired lake house has all the designs of modern luxury and family comfort. The home overlooks Red Bud Park and has two outdoor spaces that allow your family and friends to gather and relax, with the safety of watching your kids play in the beautiful, wooded park.

The first floor has a bright open floor plan where you can gather at the large kitchen island and breakfast bar. Enjoy eating on the family-sized vintage dining table or lounge in the living room playing games or watching a movie. There is a conveniently located half bath just off the kitchen.

The first-floor's luxurious master suite has a bright, dreamy king-size bed with a large master bathroom and white barn-style door. The master is equipped with its own HDTV to allow the comforts of your own home, but the luxury feel of a resort vacation home.

At the top of the stairs, there is another gathering area complete with a couch, that also doubles as a twin bed and sleeping area. This area has a HDTV and DVD/BlueRay player. The first bedroom is a bright nautical-themed bedroom furnished with a king-sized bed, sitting area and has a beautiful view of the park. The third bedroom of this home is a coastal-inspired bedroom with a comfortable queen size bed. These bedrooms share a bathroom with a marble countertop, double vanity sinks, and a large tub/shower.

From the second-floor landing, you will also see a large custom step ladder to give you safe access to every child’s dream style loft with five custom built-in twin beds. This may be your child’s favorite space!

Within a short walking distance, you have access to the Tower Court Pool. Other attractions a short distance away are Bocci Ball Park, the Boardwalk Pool, and the lakeside beach where you have access to paddleboards, life vests, and kayaks within the beautiful cove.

This home has its own gas grill/charcoal smoker combo for personal use by each rental family. The Verana is the perfect vacation rental home for anyone. Enjoy true resort-style living at Carlton Landing in this lakeside retreat.

All of our vacation rental homes at LakeStay are equipped with bed linens, bath towels, a starter supply of amenities, and a washer/dryer unit for your stay. Guests will have access to our community amenities: pool, hot tub, grills, inflatable water park, and seasonal kayaks-paddle board rentals. Perfect Family Weekend Getaway

This was the perfect home for a family weekend getaway! The home was perfectly clean and had everything we needed from the kitchen to the bedrooms to the bathroom bathrooms to the outside amenities. I would 100% stay here again! The neighbors and other guests were very hospitable And our kids loved playing in the park right across from our front door! Can’t wait to come back to Carleton Landing!

This house was terrific! The pictures online matched wonderfully and is in a terrific place for families with kids. The lawn area out front with the firepit in the front is really nice. Very clean and all the technology in the house was very well set up and easy to use. The layout of the home is really nice with kids and allows everyone their own space. We'll stay here again!

We also enjoyed an easy stroll to one of many community pools and time spent outdoors in the nearby Redbud Park. We were conveniently located to the lake marina where we launched for a beautiful day in the lake. Highly recommend this elegant and comfortable accommodation for your next family getaway!

We walked everywhere since everything is so close. We enjoyed pizza, lunch at the Meeting House, bbq at the pop up food truck spots and desserts. The lake area is great because the water is calm for playing in and using paddle boards. We loved the pools as well. All the people were really friendly too. Saturday night we went to the live music at the Meeting House which was so fun!

We compare it to a combination of Broken Bow, OK and Rosemary Beach, 30A. The house was perfectly located and was decorated beautifully. Yea he only thing that I would suggest is when listing that you have four bikes, mention that they are 3 kid bikes and only one adult bike. They were not in very good condition with being rusted and chains off the bikes.

I loved the porches so much -my only complaint is that when it rains you cannot sit on the porch because it’s not really covered. The heavy amounts of rain we had this summer also had mildewed the porch swing cushions, a major strike to my favorite feature. The location of the house was great- close to 2 pools, really close to the bocce ball courts. We rented a golf cart for one day, that was a nice way to get to see all the beautiful homes! Highly recommend adding that for your stay. The kitchen was stocked more than I anticipated: lots of spices, oil, waffles iron, crock pot! Any ratings not a 5 are because of the mildewed cushions....

The house is as pictured, and comfortable for the whole family. The location is truly one of the best in Carlton Landing! We loved sitting on the porch swing in the morning and letting our kids run around Red Bud Park right out the front door. We’re already making plans to return! That being said, it needs some small maintenance and TLC. Kitchen supplies are also lacking (no foil, storage containers/ziplocs, cooking spray, and scratched up pots/pans), and the propane grill listed in the description has been replaced with charcoal. We would have loved pool towels as well. None of these are dealbreakers for us, but helpful to know.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We spent 4 days at Carlton Landing for our sons wedding. The website photos of Verana on Redbud Ln were exactly as depicted. It was a quiet neighborhood with a nice park out front. The interior was well maintained and there was plenty of room for all the drop-by visitors. We used the outdoor firepit and enjoyed the evening on the front porch. The residence had plenty of dishes/ utensils and provided a centralized location for the wedding activities. The only down side was our 3 families were not allowed to park 3 vehicles at the location. We were notified by the property managers via phone the first night that the max parking was 2 vehicles. They said this was a new HOA rule. Upon renting a golf cart to help get everyone around we were unable to charge it at the house as there was no outlets accessible without an extension cord. Other than those minor items the stay was outstanding.
