Fantastic updated tropical retreat at the island's South End. First floor unit was recently remodeled with new paint, sofa, mattresses, wood flooring, beadboard ceiling, and bathroom. The kitchen has been updated to include more counter space and storage. This unit is kept immaculately by the owner and is absolutely adorable.

It features 2 televisions (large flat screen in living room) with a DVD/VCR in the living room and wireless internet service.
Sliding glass doors from the living area open up to an outside balcony where one can enjoy the sea breezes. An elevator is available from the ground level, under the building, parking garage. There is a community coin-operated laundry facility just down the hall.

You are just steps to the beach and swimming pools. Seaside is a short walk to Coligny Plaza for dining, shopping and entertainment and the new Lowcountry Celebration Park. This the perfect spot for a romantic getaway or golf vacation.

Very nice little getaway.

Very nice little getaway.It’s exactly what my wife and I needed for a trip away from the kiddos. Nice quiet property, easy access to the beach and a short walk to Coligny shopping and restaurants. Would definitely come back again.

We stayed for our annual vacation and would definitely stay again. The place was clean and had everything we needed when we checked in. We’ve stayed in this building before but this unit was nicely remodeled and made for a very comfortable stay.

Enjoyed our stay

We stayed at the Sea Side Villa for three nights. You can walk to Coligny Square in about ten minutes. The access to the beach is close and easy. Our villa was clean and comfortable. If you’re particular about pillows, bring your own. The bed is firm. It’s good to know there is not central air and the window unit (like in hotels) is on the opposite side of the villa from the bedroom. In May that was not a problem. There is a ceiling fan and another fan in the bedroom so we were comfortable and it was just two of us so we left the bedroom door open for air flow from a/c unit.

Customer service provided by the rental office was great. We did not have any problems with the reservation, directions, etc. They took care of an issue promptly. The only problem was the condition of the unit property. The layout of the room is strange. You come into the bedroom first, while the living area is towards the back, so you hear every noise and conversation happening out in the hallway while you are asleep. Also, the airconditioning system is situated in the living area which is far from the bedroom with no additional ventilation in the bedroom, so it was quite hot at night. The bed was very uncomfortable. We woke up to back aches every morning. The common hallway smelled very musty - almost like a urine odor. We could not figure out how to turn the TV on - the instructions provided were inaccurate - had to contact the business office for assistance. There is not enough counter space around the bathroom sink to put toiletries and such. Other than these, the location and proximity to the beach and access to restaurants and stores were good.

Great vacation

Great location to the beach and access to the pool. Our kids had a great time. The unit is small but we knew this based on the description. However, being on a beach vacation, there was no need to spend a lot of time in the condo.

Cozy little villa. Great location. Security available at entrance. Parking limited. Overall clean but dust noted on ceiling fans and in corners of bedroom. Kitchen area clean. Appliances in working order. I would recommend an auto shut off coffee maker. Nice pool area.

I am trying to be honest here

The rental company was great to work with. The bed caused me to develop sciatica or contributed to it, the mattress is horrible, only 1 set of towels, 2 of us there for a week. Our reservation was last minute for a memorial service, all travelling fam stayed in area, all we could find. some kitchen items provided which was helpful, the chair and couch were difficult to sit on and very dirty. Were greeted by Palmetto bugs daily. price for location was ok, but for what was offered, a little high.

TV did not work. Second bedroom should have a full size bed and a dresser. A Trendle bed would have been better. Bathroom door did not lock. Over all everything else was acceptable.
