Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please set thermostat to 75 degrees and ensure that all lights and appliances, TVs, etc are turned off (except the dishwasher) prior to departure.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Only dogs are permitted. Dogs are not permitted in the pool, $250 penalty for violation. Dogs must be housebroken and crated when guests aren't home.
Dogs are not permitted on furniture/beds. A $300 cleaning fee will be applied if this rule is broken.
No smoking or vaping of any kind inside, $500 cleaning fee will be applied if this is violated.
