THIS CONDO HAS A 1 CAR GARAGE (#12) FOR ADDITIONAL PARKING -TOTAL OF 2 VEHICLES ONLY

Wake up to Stunning Ocean views from the master bedroom and living room in this ocean front condo with a spacious patio large enough for dining. 3 bedrooms; one with a king bed, one with queen bed and a 2 twin beds in the third; There are 2 full bathrooms with a tub/shower combination in both. Free internet and cable television are provided as well as bed and bath linens. This unit has all wooden floors throughout the living area with carpet in the bedrooms, and a washer and dryer, with a fully equipped kitchen. This complex has its own private walkway to the beach. There is a pool for your enjoyment.

ONE PARKING SPOT AND CAR ALLOWED. THERE ARE NO GUEST PARKING SPACES.
NO LARGE TRUCKS, BOATS, TRAILERS OR COMMERCIAL VEHICLES. NO SMOKING OR GRILLING ALLOWED IN THE CONDO, BALCONY, AND COMPLEX GROUNDS.

IT'S ADVISABLE to purchase travel insurance to safeguard your vacation investment. Additionally, please be aware that we don't offer refunds or rescheduling for bookings impacted by inclement weather, including tropical storms or hurricanes.

Spring Break Oasis

We loved staying here! The view is second to none, especially of the sunrise every morning. It was quiet, private and perfectly suited our needs. I highly recommend it!

Very nice unit; but no bike rack or easy garage access

The room and location was perfect. But there was no bike racks at the condo facility and we were not given access to the garage for storing- so we had to haul them up 3 flights of stairs to keep in our room which was not convenient. I asked a couple of times but didn’t get a response until our vacation was nearing an end. Beyond that this unit is spacious And has amazing views of the ocean.

cozy and well stocked unit with horrible parking and CRAZY property manager

Although we thought we were booking property on Amelia Island property - the unit was comfortable and pleasantly stocked with all the necessities. The only thing that kept us from having the a wonderful experience was the fact that we had no clue their was only ONE parking space provided. The so called "garage" was a storage facility with a manual door that would not open. We were not told about the parking issue upfront - however we were upfront with the number of adults that were occupying the property. We had 3 vehicles with only 1 space. The parking lot had 13 empty spots we assumed because we were there during Christmas and the units were not booked to capacity. The facility has Zero Guest(s) spots, after parking in an empty parking spot we were told by property manager to park in spots that said for Contractor - we did and she had our vehicles towed. Which completely ruined our trip. Bottom line - if we were told about the parking we would have booked at a different facility on this particular occasion. Otherwise the unit satisfactorily met our needs.

We are sorry to hear that you experienced parking problems at your rental property. Unfortunately we are at the mercy of the Condo Association with regards to parking regulations which is who enforced the parking during your stay. We were happy we could give you additional passes to park your other vehicles offsite at our nearby location. We will continue to be sure that all guests are aware of the limited parking at this location at the time of booking and the restriction is visible on our website as well.
