PLEASE NOTE: Parking is very limited and guests are assigned only one parking space per condo. There are no guest parking spots at the Oceans of Amelia. An additional parking pass will be provided for guests bringing a second vehicle for the overflow parking. However, it is important to note that the overflow parking is 2 miles south of the Oceans of Amelia complex and is at a first come, first serve basis only.

Great view

There is a great view of the beach! After going down the stairs or elevator, you’re immediately at the beach. The kitchen is well equipped. The twin beds are nice in the guest room. Very cozy and I would recommend.

Would rent it again, very clean, kitchen was well put together. The range worked but the oven wasn’t working properly. AC was cold and we were happy. Easy access to the ocean, great view and dolphins swim by daily

Small Tweaks Needed

Kitchen needs some organizing. Lots of mugs (18) in reachable top cabinets. Dishes are underneath in a lower cabinet. Kneeling on the floor to put dishes away not very handy. Only has one dish towel...we stayed 10 days! Not even one box of tissues in bathrooms! It’s a lovely unit, great location but needs some minor tweaks. Last unit we rented provided beach towels which was very handy. Just a thought.
