This 2 bedroom cozy condo tucked in a gated community sits just blocks from the beach, golf courses, outlet malls, Intracoastal Waterway, & Casino Boats. This vibrant community offers a wide range of amenities including a clubhouse, swimming pool, tennis courts, bocce ball, pickle ball, putting green, fitness center, playground, and pool side outdoor grills. Located just one block from the Lively Restaurant Row/ Shore Driver , and iconic Ocean Annie’s- where live music, entertainment, and good food are easy to find! This condo also offers a twin air mattress if needed to accommodate extra guest. Please just make sure it is requested prior to check-in date.

Please turn off lights, lock door, and set air to 76 before leaving.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
NO SMOKING! There will be an additional $250 fine if this rule/policy is broken.
Parking pass must be put it in your car with the check in/checkout dates facing out.
Absolutely no pets allowed! There will be a $300 fine is this rule/policy is broken.

Amber was fantastic to communicate with. Her place was perfect for our family. Amenities on site were really nice and she even gave us the suggestion of going to Ocean Annie’s with a perfect beach right around the corner and a pool with a bar! Would definitely stay again!!
