Parking was no problem on the street and the locked gate access really made us feel secure. The property is clean and well designed for travelers. Owners were very accommodating to requests and responded very quickly. We will definitely book here again. Go Cougs!

It was a treat to stay here. It looks like EVERYTHING was recently renovated, and they did a really nice job. It's super clean, and everything is new. Communication with the host was excellent. They were super responsive and very helpful. We only needed to stay one night. Would love to have stayed longer!

The apartment exceeded our expectations. It was very clean and looks newly constructed . There were directions and labels on lights and other areas to answer questions we may have missed in the manuel. We enjoyed the walk around the lake. We also enjoyed the Thai restaurant in walking distance.it was the best Thai we have had in a very long time. They have a happy hour Monday -Thursday that was a great deal. Parking was very close and plenty of spots to park. We cooked breakfast and found the induction oven was a nice feature. We enjoyed synching our phone to play music from the bathroom exhaust fan that had a speaker feature with a night light. This is now our favorite VRBO.

Host was fantastic! Ted greeted us when we arrived and even helped us with luggage! Communication was excellent. And wow, if you are looking for a spacious 2 bedroom place to stay in or around Green Lake, this is it. Place is brand new with full kitchen appliances. I just hope the next we come to Seattle it is available.

Place was awesome, super modern home feel with all the amenities. Immaculate place. Easy access to GreenLake, GreenWood Street and downtown. Directions, checkin, were accurate easy to follow. Comfortable beds (soft) with a/c in every room.
