Spacious Waterfront Villa in the heart of Jolly Harbour

Villa Pasal is very conveniently located within the Jolly Harbour private marina community with all it's facilities at close walking distance. The open plan 'Grand Room' (large living and dining areas for up to 6 adults plus 2 children) has a Smart TV (Netflix etc), DVD, music player and private WiFi for internet access with unlimited use. This leads directly to the covered Veranda and split level deck areas (with gas BBQ/Grill, al fresco dining and sun loungers for 8 guests) extending over the water to enjoy the sun and views of the Sleeping Indian Mountain. There is a fully fitted kitchen with breakfast 'island' bar and equipped with dishwasher, fridge-freezer/ice-maker, cooker with oven and hob, blender, microwave, toaster etc and a utility closet with washing machine, iron and board etc. The master bedroom/bathroom suite (large shower, bath tub and twin vanity basins) and the second bedroom both open onto the Veranda. The third bedroom also has it's own bathroom en-suite. There is also a fourth twin bedroom. The additional family bathroom also has a large shower. There are ceiling fans throughout the Villa and all windows/doors have mosquito screens. Air conditioning. Private driveway, carport and small garden areas.

The perfect place to spend the holidays in the Caribbean!

We had a fabulous time at this Villa. Paul was incredible to deal with and was quick to help with any inquiry. The villa is in the perfect location in Jolly Harbour. It is spacious and has everything you need to enjoy your time there. We will definitely recommend and return!

Great layout and size for five ladies between 18 and 73. Host was great, location slightly too far to walk in the heat to the beaches or supermarket but great if you can rent a buggy!

A wonderful home in paradise

My family and I stayed for 3 weeks and we absolutely loved the size of the common living areas and bedrooms. Some things I didn't realize before arriving is that the A/c is only available in the bedrooms. We didn't mind that it would get warm in the main living area in the afternoon and evening but others might.The TV is quite old and only connects to Netflix, screen mirroring doesn't work on the TV and there are no apps on it. I would suggest bringing an HDMI cord if you want to use your devices with the TV.There is no clothes line but there is a portable contraption thay you can use to dry your clothes and towels not bed sheets. There is a golf cart on site which you can request to use. If you aren't driving then it's at 18min walk to epicurean and 25 min walk to Jolly Beach. Overall it's a wonderful home with picturesque views. clothes portablecollapclsheets.

Perfect location and perfect weather

This Villa in Jolly Harbour was amazing with plenty of room, a great view, extremely clean and welcoming. The Jolly Harbour area provided a variety of restaurants and beaches to enjoy. All of the amenities you need are provided at the villa plus the supermarket is just down the road.

Great spot

Great location and space. Found it a little warm in the villa, but a fantastic back patio to relax on and keep cool. A few problems that most were fixed by the property manager within a short amount of time.

Our third stay in this wonderful villa

This is the third time we have stayed in this beautiful villa. Paul is an excellent host, very responsive and keen to answer questions and provide as much info as possible. On this occasion we were in Antigua to get married and wanted a large villa for ourselves and my in laws. It was the perfect space to host dinner for extended family also staying in Jolly Harbour, as there are two dining areas inside and on the deck outside. I can’t recommend the villa enough. We had a few issues with a leaky tap and water issues in the Jolly Harbour area (the latter was a Jolly Harbour wide issue, not specific to the villa) and Roxann at HBK, who manages the villa, was quick to send someone round to sort out the problem. Once again, a wonderful stay, we will be back!

Holiday of a Lifetime

We are a large family who’ve enjoyed the best Christmas ever at Villa Pasal. Such a magnificent property with everything you need for a perfect holiday. Spacious and airy, the Villa was ideal for us all and everyone loved it! We loved the decks and the cool tub, such a relief from the glorious Caribbean sunshine and perfect for a cooling dip or a sunset jacuzzi ☀️ The property is so well stocked with everything you could possibly want for a beach life holiday but also so well furnished and really comfortable to relax in and enjoy as a home from home at the same time. Paul was the most amazing host and we couldn’t recommend it highly enough for a magical family holiday in Antigua ☀️

This villa is stunning and superb value

All in our group wanted me to highlight that the pictures do not do this villa justice. It is fabulous. More than you could need. It is superb value and the host is great. We intend to go back at least once next year and we are already missing watching the sun go down while sitting on the deck. If you can only ever have one more holiday in life, ring Paul and book this villa , you will not be disappointed.

Amazing villa in paradise!

What a beautiful villa. It's large, well stocked and has everything you need, the bedrooms are large with very comfortable beds. The dishwasher and ice maker was an added bonus! So was the hot tub. Excellent location to restaurants and bars. Paul is such a pleasure to work with. He responds quickly to booking and any questions or issues you may have. Beautiful villa

The villa is very beautiful and spacious. The deck and view is perfect to wake up to. The villa is very well equipped and you feel right at home. We had a lovely welcome gift and really appreciate all the wonderful communication with the owner. We loved the villa. The only downside for us was the fact that only the bedrooms had AC. We live in Florida and are used to 12 month AC in all the rooms. It was very hard for us not to have AC in the main house.

Memories to last a lifetime

We had an amazing time here for our family holiday made up of 2 adults and 4 teenages. The layout of the house suited us perfectly and had everything and more provided. The welcome hamper was also a lovely surprise and much enjoyed. The location in jolly harbour is superb easy enough for a nice stroll into the commerical centre or havjng the use of the golf buggys with shopping or beach much appreciated. Its really a 5star property and there is not one negative thjng i could mention. Paul is an excellent host who communicated brilliantly and made sure we had all the information we needed prior to checkin to make it as smooth as possible. We all cqnt wait to return to Jolly and we would certainly rent this property again 😀

Great Villa and Great Comms from owner

The Villa is exactly as described. It's spacious and has everything you need to enjoy your time in it. It is very well kitted out and the cool tub is a must around 4pm. We found Paul to be engaging and knowledgeable, he really is the best owner we have dealt with from Vrbo. He couldn't do enough for us before the trip, answering our plethora of questions about the location and answering our subsequent questions while we were there. Thank you Paul for being so patient with us and always being on hand to help us out. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend the villa and Paul to anyone thinking about using their villa. Thanks Justin and family

Spacious villa in Jolly Harbour, North Fingers

We stayed in Paul's lovely villa for 2 weeks starting April 21, 2018. The villa was large and spacious, and the the deck was equally large with a hot tub. In this Jolly Beach location there are few villas that have 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. We were 3 couples so each couple having their own bathroom was just ideal. Paul was extremely easy to deal with and provided a mass of useful information regarding activities, restaurants. etc. The location was perfect, especially for access to the numerous good quality restaurants. We rented a golf cart from Paul and another locally, as these were essential for getting to and from the beach and supermarket. We would spend mornings on Jolly Beach, come back to the villa for lunch, then head to North Beach for the afternoon. The villa was clean, very comfortable, and provided everything we needed for our two- week stay. We were very happy here and happy to recommend it to others.

Beautiful villa!!

We have just returned home after staying in this beautiful villa for the last three weeks and are really missing the lovely weather!!! Paul is an exceptional host. He always answers any queries quickly and is very helpful when you have any problems, however small. We loved the size of the villa and our group of five adults had lots of space to spread out individually or get together on the wonderful deck to eat and admire the incredible sunsets each night! The large kitchen has everything you need to cook a full meal and enough crockery and cutlery for several more people, meaning you could have breakfast, lunch and evening meals before using the dishwasher.! We were very impressed with the size of the bedrooms and the showers were always hot and welcoming after a day on the beach. The lounge area is very comfortable and although we didn’t spend much time indoors we were able to watch live premier league matches and the Australian tennis open! The villa is in a quiet area, only a ten minute walk to the north beach and a 15min walk to the supermarket and bars and restaurants. We hired a car for the three weeks but there was a golf buggy available to rent which can be used to drive all round the Jolly Harbour complex if preferred. We really enjoyed our stay in Jolly Harbour, especially in this villa, and recommend it unconditionally!!!

Easter Break in Jolly Harbor

We had a great family vacation at the Villa. It was much more spacious than I was expecting. Breakfast every morning on the shaded patio was a perfect way to start our days. Dinners out there were wonderful also, I was worried we might be bothered by mosquitoes but there were few that bothered us. The development was perfect with the supermarket and restaurants being very close. Paul was a wonderful host, being so quick to respond to any questions or concerns we had. My only suggestions would to get a big fan for the main room to help with the airflow. It gets cool at night, but the hot air would get trapped in the grand room. The bedrooms were fine as they had the A/C units in them. The other suggestion would be just for some better lighting, especially in the bath rooms. I found it hard to shave in the dim lights. One last thing, as we were a bit confused. Even though you'll see a hot tub on the deck in the photos, the heater in it doesn't work, so it's really just like a cooling pool. It's great if you stay at the house during the day, but in the cool evenings, it was a bit chilly for our tastes to use and hang out in.

Nice time in Jolly Harbour

PROS: Paul is an amazing host and answered all questions prior as well as during our stay. He graciously gave us a late check out when our flight changed to a later time and gave us complimentary use of a second golf cart. The location is wonderful with an easy golf cart ride to beaches, shops and restaurants. The home easily accommodated six adults. Beach is beautiful for a nice long walk. We did find service at all restaurants to be extremely slow so be prepared to wait for drinks and meals. CONS: One of the golf carts broke down twice stranding bus at the grocery store and beach. The other golf cart wouldn’t go in reverse unless you went in drive first and it backfired a lot. Paul and managers were able to retrieve the cart but Carts were unreliable and need a good service. The lighting in the entire house is extremely dim especially in the bathrooms. Just one small light over master vanity where it was impossible to apply make up or shave even in daylight. This was a very frustrating issue for us and no light over the dining room table - just a few very small lights in the ceiling and a few lamps which wasn’t sufficient. We had to deal with two other maintenance issues while there which isn’t something I want to deal with while on vacation. Again, Paul was easy to reach to help with issues.

5 STAR Vacation

Everything about the villa is incredible. Paul is wonderful to work with - answered all of my questions promptly prior to visit. He sends a great, detailed information packet about the harbor area and the villa itself with restaurant and excursion advise. The villa was bigger than it appears in pictures as well. We are a family consisting of 3 couples and each had its own bedroom and bathroom which was a bonus. All of the bedding and furniture is comfortable - bathrooms were all spacious. TV in living room has cable and Netflix while winding down after a long day. Kitchen is well supplied with the simple things you need while away - spices, seasonings, kitchen bags, foil, etc. coffeemaker, blender, toaster, microwave ... We just returned after a week during low season, so the beaches and restaurants were not crowded. Some of the harbor restaurants were closed due to seasonality, but still had many choices. We ate at Al Porto's twice - 2 for 1 pizza was great. Basilico's was good, but over priced. Miracles which is a block out of the harbor was my favorite restaurant - great seafood. The supermarket in the harbor has all the basics and you can also grab some hot food there as well. We rented Paul's golf cart and another from the villa mgmt office upon arrival. Golf cart is a necessity to get around to the beaches and market in couple of minutes. We would spend half a day at south beach and afternoon at north beach area by ourselves ( or vice versa ) North beach is very secluded and you actually see more fish and jumping fish by the rocks. The outside split level deck was great for laying in the sun or shade. Paul's villa made for a GREAT FAMILY VACATION.
