We would stay again. It was nice. Close to home for us, There's just this light thing that was annoying and I was kind of afraid until Heather said it would not hurt the house or us in any way. The retro vibe was cool.

Thank you for staying with us and for your feedback. We are glad that you enjoyed your stay overall, and judging by the photos, it looks like you all had a great time! As we discussed shortly after your arrival, the slight light flickering is a known side effect of the new tankless water heater we installed to improve the home. When hot water is running, some lights do flicker due to the extra electrical draw. Our electrician has assured us there is absolutely no safety concern and is working to coordinate a solution with Mon Power, our electricity provider, though as many locals know, they aren't always the fastest to move! We value your feedback as we continue making improvements to the property.

Absolutely wonderful stay on the river! This house was well-stocked and well-organized, with everything our family needed to have a relaxing and fun week together. Heather was communicative and responsive. We wanted for nothing during our visit, and enjoyed our time in West Virginia!

The property was very clean and had everything needed for a wonderful stay.Heather's attention to details made the stay even better.We stayed in the cabin with my cousin and his wife and had many cousins coming and going all weekend. It was a fantastic place to chill and reconnect with family I hadn't seen for years!

Our visit exceeded all expectations. Very considerate touches throughout to make the stay comfortable. It rained most of our visit, but the games and Legos kept our kids occupied. On the one dry evening we were able to have a fun evening at the fire pit by the river. I would definitely recommend this listing! Heather was a great host. Do make sure to download your directions before the drive!

The weather definitely didn’t cooperate much during Memorial Day weekend but I’m glad you had at least one clear evening where you could enjoy the fire pit.
