Important Information
Customer goes to our reservations office to collect your apartment keys and will be advised on the location of the apartments and how to get there with clear directions.
Check-In and Check-Out
• Check-In Time: 16:00 (4:00 PM). Early check-in may be available for an extra fee or guaranteed by booking the night prior.
• Check-Out Time: 10:30 AM. Late check-outs are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
• Identification Required: A valid passport, national ID, or driver’s license matching the name on the booking must be presented at check-in.
• Luggage Storage: Free storage is available at 168 Granby Place for early arrivals and post-check-out (up to 12 hours). Extended storage incurs a fee of €10 per day.
Booking Extensions
Extensions are possible but subject to availability. All extensions must be confirmed in writing. Adjusted nightly rates may apply.
General House Rules
• Cleanliness: Guests must keep the apartment tidy and promptly report any damage. Excessive mess or damages may result in charges.
• Non-Smoking Policy: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment. A €200 penalty applies for violations.
• No Parties or Events: Social gatherings are not allowed. Violations may result in eviction, a €200 fine, cancellation without refund, and possible legal action.
• Pet Policy: Pets are not allowed unless written approval is obtained in advance. A refundable deposit of €500 and a mandatory €200 cleaning fee apply.
Maintenance & Safety
• Reporting Issues: Guests must report maintenance concerns immediately. All reported issues are assessed and prioritized based on severity.
• Garbage Disposal: Follow instructions posted inside the apartment regarding proper waste sorting and use of designated refuse bags.
• Energy Conservation: Utilities are included, but guests are encouraged to conserve energy and water where possible.
Damage & Liability
• Definition of Damage: Includes physical damage, staining, appliance misuse, unauthorized modifications, and more. Normal wear and tear excluded.
• Liability: The booking guest is financially responsible for any damage, including loss of rental income if the unit becomes unbookable.
• Reporting: All damages—accidental or otherwise—must be reported promptly.
• Bedding & Mattress Policy: Any staining or soiling may result in replacement charges.
Access & Security
• Staff Access: Authorized personnel may enter the unit for maintenance, cleaning, or inspections. Standard knock or doorbell procedures are followed.
• Emergency Access: Management reserves the right to enter without notice in cases involving emergencies, legal obligations, or suspicion of illicit activity.
