Welcome to The Snuggly Otter, a beautifully remodeled and inviting home-away-from-home designed for families and couples who want an easy, relaxed Sunriver stay.

Nestled among towering Ponderosa pines and just a short walk from Sunriver Village, this cozy condo is ideal for summer vacations, spontaneous long weekends, and peaceful early fall escapes after the busiest part of the season begins to fade.

This is the kind of place where the pace naturally slows. Mornings begin with coffee and forest views, afternoons are perfect for bike rides, playground time, pool days, or exploring nearby trails, and evenings wind down with games and movies by the fire.
