BRAND NEW HOME- New kitchen, new furniture, new flooring, lights appliances. We pride ourselves in our renovated homes. Quiet area 3 blocks from main road. Visiting military family, Base is 3.5 miles away, Perdido Key Beach is 15 mi away. 5 Mi from downtown for concerts and restaurants. Located in a quiet residential area of Pensacola, This enchanting house offers 2 bedrooms with 1 queen bed and 1 full bed. Living room and a family room and fireplace, glassed in florida room and a covered back porch. The cozy space is equipped with all the kitchen essentials. New AC & washing machine, heating, and WiFi. Black out curtains in main bedroom. It's easy to see why you'll be able to unwind at our place.

Cute, clean cottage with all you need for a quick getaway to Pensacola. Close to downtown, Bay Area and an easy ride to Pensacola Beach. The home features 2 separate living spaces and a sunroom. Covered back porch with space to enjoy the outdoor grassy area. Very quiet.
