Casa Bella has everything you could possibly want! A fully equipped kitchen, 5 ensuite bedrooms, infinity edge pool, spa, private beach, and gazebo. The sea literally sits in line with the pool! You can hang by the pool, on the beach, go paddle-boarding or kayaking. The ocean is your own private back yard. This house is perfect for families or groups of friends. Hartswell is about 20 minutes from Georgetown. Close enough to town while still far enough to get away. Peace, relaxation and comfort all in one.

We had a wonderful time at Casa Bella. We appreciated the remote location, the beautiful view and the wonderful accessibility of having a dock behind the house. The kayaks and Private beach were the cherry on top!

Amazing home and location

This was a family vacation that we booked over two years ago and it did not disappoint… The house was amazing but the backyard and beachfront was off the charts!!Everything was as described had a good time was had by all…Once in a lifetime vacation spot

Amazing Vacation!

We returned this year to Casa Bella after having a wonderful vacation last summer. Property is amazing and it’s so convenient having your own boat to explore the beautiful beaches. We will continue to visit Casa Bella!

Amazing experience

Check in and interaction with the property manager was easy, timely, and clear. The property was all it was advertised to be and more. Our family (us plus our 6 college-aged kids and one high schooler) had plenty of room for hanging out, cooking, eating and enjoying water sports (kayaking, paddle boarding and swimming in the pool). The kitchen was well equipped and there was an extra refrigerator in the laundry room and a grill outside. Location is central to airport, Georgetown, and Little Exuma. Enjoyed use of the boat as well. All in all the perfect family vacation getaway for families of all ages!

Amazing property!

This was our fourth trip to the Exuma’s and the first time staying at Casa Bella. This property is by far the nicest we have stayed at. The property manager Martin was absolutely wonderful. The grounds were amazing, the pool, the hot tub, and outdoor entertainment area all beautifully maintained. Our best trip yet! Thank you so much Martin!

Unbelievable home and location. 9 of us stayed during July and could not have asked for a better home and location. Martin who takes care of the home deserves a special thank you. Anything we needed he responded to within minutes. If you stay here and rent a boat, be aware of the tides as boats may not be able to get in and out at low tide. Not a problem just takes some planning. Kayak up the lazy river and see a few barracuda and small sharks.

Paradise on Exuma

As a vrbohost post myself this place was amazing. The pictures do not do it justice. The concierge was very responsive and helpful. For sure we would stay at this property again as it's truly five star...Don't hesitate to book it....

Amazing Property

The listing cannot do this place justice! Went with my wife and 2 other couples. The home is very well appointed an d there is everything you need! We had a problem with the ice maker and the property manager had it replaced within an hour! The exquisite part of this property is the outdoor space. It is amazing with the pool, private beach and amazing lounging areas. We also rented the boat as we are experienced boaters and it was Perfect and as advertised. 4 very spread out king bed masters complete with ensuites. Would highly recommend!

Absolutely Perfect!

Our party of 16 adults rented both Casa Bella and Ballymena (directly next door to each other) for four months during Regatta in April 2023. It was nothing short of amazing. The views were incredible, the water activities were so great, and the properties were first class. However, what was truly the best part of the property was the friendliness and helpfulness of the hosts and their staff on property. We also found every single one of their recommendations to be spot on - from our boating guide to the chef we had with us throughout our stay. If you are considering a trip to Exuma look no further than this place and let them help you with the rest of the details of your stay. You will not be disappointed!

Gorgeous Oceanfront Property

What a lovely, lovely home. The house, pool, and outside amenities are all easy, breezy, and absolutely gorgeous. 5 bedrooms/5 bathrooms so everyone has their own beautiful space. The kitchen was equipped and everything worked perfectly. The outside living space was really magnificent - pool, hot tub, cabanas, and the easy access to the boat marina. Beach access as pictured - could jump right in the ocean or take out a kayak or paddle board. The flats allowed for our 11, 13, 14 and 17 yr olds to have a ton of freedom to explore, swim and fish. In addition, everyone we interacted with was wonderful. The property managers were at the house tending to the outside every morning. Communication with the hosts was great. We will definitely be back!

Paradise!!

We had a lovely stay at Casa Bella! The home is absolutely beautiful! Fabulous outdoor space! The water temp of the pool was perfect! We saw sea turtles, a nurse shark, crabs right off the private beach of the home. Exuma has so much marine life its incredible! The home is decorated beautifully! Bedrooms were a great size and beds very comfortable! We hired a couple private chefs that I would highly recommend. Khriston from Tropic Breeze and Mateo from Driftwood Cafe, food was fabulous!! If you hire Khriston, make sure you have him sing for you! His voice is so beautiful he had us all crying! It was Good Friday and he sang Hallelujah. One of the many highlights of our trip! I would not recommend renting the boat. We had a lot of problems with it. It broke down when the guys in our group were fishing a couple times. The owners did replace with a different boat, however both boats had some crazy wiring going on and I do not feel are worth what they charged. We would definitely stay at Casa Bella again! It exceeded our expectations and we had a fabulous week with our family in this beautiful home! Thank you Peter and Amalia for providing such a beautiful place for people to experience! Wendy

Beautiful House and Location

Our stay was wonderful, and the house and hosts were great! Plenty of space for two families, we all enjoyed the location so much. Peaceful and quiet, water was so beautiful, and it really was like having our own resort. Everything was as pictured. Exuma did not disappoint and we will be back!

Best repair service ever

We had a shower stop up and a breaker blow; it was repaired in 10 minutes; Martin was always there to fix anything, always ! We went on a 12 hour outing to Thunder Grotto with Theo, AAAAAAAAMAZZZING ; Owners were very responsive to all our needs. The home was beautiful; very very private and quiet. Our friends took out all the kayaks and paddle boards. The outdoor area was so great for friends and fun times and laughs. The stars were out of this world gorgeous. You could never see stars like that anywhere else. We had spotting scopes and it was just like looking right into space. We had a Great Taxi Driver, JJ and the rest rented a car from Bernies that sat 8 people. DO NOT miss the Tropic of Cancer Beach and the Burgers and PainKillers. I have traveled all over the world and Tropic of Cancer Beach was the Best; very secluded. Thunder Grotto was soooooooo Cool; Swimming with the Pigs was, well, Swimming with the Pigs, they were cute ! Go To Blu! Good Food ! and for sure go to breakfast bakery in town; it also has pizza; yummmmmmmmy and the best bread ! the house is amazing; you can stay all day and never leave or venture out ! We will. be back !

Casa Bella family vacation

The most beautiful place we have stayed in, and we have stayed in many. Marten and owners Peter and analia were the best. The view, gardens and spacious accommodations were amazing, we will be back soon.

Exuma perfection

The home, outdoor space, furnishings could be in architectural digest. The view is incredible. Paddle boards, kayaks, swimming pool and heated spa were all perfect. The home has a beautiful private beach area, canal and small harbor so the boat is protected and easy to load for day trips. The property feels private with bougainvillea trellises and tropical landscaping. We have been visiting the Bahamas for over twenty years and we highly recommend this home and island. We had the pleasure of having cocktails with the owners and another family while renting. Another highlight of our time in Exuma.

Fantastic house with a boat

Casa Bella is a great house and great location. Its about 40 minutes from the airport and about 15 minutes from Georgetown. There is also a convenience store 3 minutes south of the house in Little Exuma. The boat that comes with the house was perfect, very easy to operate. We had 8 adults in the boat and had plenty of room. Martin was a great house manager and was there instantly for the few times we needed him. As stated in the house details, the "no see em" bugs are for real. You defiantly need bug spay at dusk and dawn. The paddle boards and kayaks are perfectly placed on the beach so that you can easily drag them down to the water and be paddling within a minute.

Beautiful well appointed house

We went to Casa Bella with a group of 10 friends. The house was perfect for this, the rooms were all very nice sizes and each had their own bathroom, which was well thought out. It was comfortable and well appointed. The view of the bay and the pool was stunning! Pool, hot tub, kayaks, paddleboards, every thing you need in paradise was there. You definitely need a car, this house is not close to much as far as stores, restaurants, etc. Martin was amazing, he was there with any questions or requests immediately. The only struggle we had was with the noseeums. Most of the group was bitten up very badly and even bug spray didnt help. I dont know if this is seasonal or not, but be prepared (some say baby oil helps block it). We didnt get to sit outside too much in the evening because of this. Overall, we absolutely loved the house and the location.

This property is magical, I love Exuma. My family and I have been travelling there since my husband was little. Its a inspiration place, where you are with nature at your footsteps, children and families alike can explore, relax and just be.

What makes this property unique

The view is breathtaking, you can't get used to the color of the sea, it surprises you every time. Every time you walk outside you aren't quite sure what to expect. The house is so comfortable, you can be together in a big group and yet everyone has their own privacy. Its cozy yet comfortable. The most incredible part are the memories.
