With 2 Gulf facing master king bedrooms with en suite bathrooms, an additional king bedroom facing the Gulf which shares a jack and jill bath with a double bunk room, 2 queen beds, one queen bedroom with twin bunk beds and more, there's plenty of space for everyone. This home has a very open floor plan with 20' ceilings in the living room, an upstairs Gulf facing deck, and a large downstairs deck with amazing views and a walkway straight to the beach! The fully stocked kitchen is a great place to cook and enjoy meals or choose to cook and dine outside overlooking the Gulf with a gas grill and outdoor seating . There is also a bonus area with a large flat screen TV. There are two community pools, and a large tennis/basketball court just minutes away. It is also in close proximity to 3 different golf courses, multiple restaurants, many charter fishing outfits, and historic Fort Morgan. Experience the magic of Gulf Shores at our brilliant house.

Remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please deflate floats and put in deck box under front porch.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Rental Agreement must be signed and returned.
Do not clean fish inside the house. Use the fish cleaning table under the house and return all seafood remains to the gulf.
The Morgantown community dictates a quiet time from 10:00 pm to 8:00 am.

Fall break trip with all the family was perfect at this location! Plenty of room for all 12 - kitchen was supplied with everything we could think of for cooking when we needed to - easy check-in- house is located close to beach so easy walk for the little ones- pool easily accessible if needed -large deck for relaxing early morning or after long beach day! We were very pleased with this house and plan to return!

The kitchen is spacious and well equipped with everything needed for a large family gathering. The two refrigerators were a fantastic bonus, as was the washer and dryer in the utility room along with the second refrigerator. We loved the bar area and the expansive countertops, which made setting up food buffet-style easy and enjoyable.The reclining sofas were comfortable, and we pulled the dining chairs into the large living room to create plenty of seating for games and family time. The sweeping beach views were absolutely fabulous, and the close proximity to the water made the setting even more special. Visiting in winter was a real treat—the beach was peaceful, secluded, and beautiful.Check-in and check-out were seamless, and communication with the owner was prompt, friendly, and helpful. The extra blankets and sheets in every closet were a thoughtful touch that added to an already wonderful stay.

We loved our stay at this beautiful beachfront home. We've stayed at several homes along the Fort Morgan beach area and this was our favorite! Everything was just as advertised; clean and well supplied, and you won't find a better stretch of beach!
