Customer goes to our reservations office to collect your apartment keys and will be advised on the location of the apartments and how to get there with clear directions.

Check-In Protocol
Guests must present valid photo ID matching the name on the booking (Passport, National ID Card, or Driver’s License). Emergency contact details are also required.
Check-In / Check-Out
• Check-in: From 16:00
• Check-out: By 10:30
• Early check-in is possible with an additional fee (guaranteed only by booking the previous night)
• Late check-out may be available upon request and subject to fees

Luggage Storage
Complimentary storage is available at the main office (168 Granby Place) before check-in and for up to 12 hours after check-out. Extended storage beyond this period costs €10 per day.

Booking Extensions
Extensions can be requested at any time and are subject to availability and potential rate changes. All confirmations must be in writing.

• Cleanliness: Guests are expected to keep the apartment clean and report any damages immediately.
• No Smoking: Smoking is prohibited. Violations incur a €200 fine.
• No Parties or Events: Strictly no gatherings. Breaches result in fines and possible eviction.
• Pets: Only allowed with prior written approval. A refundable deposit (€500) and cleaning fee (€200) will apply.
• Lost Keys: A €200 replacement fee applies for lost/stolen keys.
• Waste Disposal: Follow guidelines on the apartment door; use designated bins and recycling methods.
• Energy Use: Utilities are included, but guests are encouraged to be energy conscious.

• Definition: Damage includes any deviation from the property's original condition—physical, aesthetic, or functional.
• Guest Liability: Guests are responsible for repair/replacement costs and any revenue lost due to unavailability for future bookings.
• Reporting: Damages must be reported immediately, including those developing over time like mould or wear from pets/children.
• Mattress/Bedding: Soiling or stains may result in full replacement charges.
• Vehicles: No liability is assumed for damage or theft involving guest vehicles.
