Cute little house with everything you need. Big rooms, clean, updated. The fenced yard was a plus for our dog! Close to the lake & Marina. Highly recommend!

Perfect house. Had a wonderful time. Will be back !!! This was our second time at this location and that says a lot. I have been using Vrbo (homeaway) for over 20 years and this is the first house we booked more than once and we already plan to rent again next year.

This property was located in close proximity to a main road and the lake. It is also about 18 minutes away from a must visit winery with breath taking views, Villa Nova. Butler is a very small rural location but if you are traveling there, I highly recommend this property. The interior is very spacious. The kitchen has been re-modeled and as everything you need to cook meals. There is a large dining area as well.The host was very accommodating and communication was excellent.If I am back in the area, I would definitely stay here again.

What a wonderful stay at the cottage in Butler. We had a 3 day stay. What a BEAUTIFUL area with the lake nice and close. The drive to town for groceries is a nice drive along the lake. The home was amazing! The instructions were very well accessible for check in and check out. Easy to find and park. Friendly neighbors. It was great to sit on the porch and unwind. Fully stocked with everything we needed plus more. We truly enjoyed the stay and we will be back next year! From ct!
