Surfside Beauty...1/2 Block From The Beach!

Lovely, updated 2 bedroom, 1 1/2 bath condo in well maintained complex. A short 1/2 block walk to the beach! Large balcony for relaxing any time. Kitchen is fully equipped with updated appliances and counter tops. Master bedroom has queen size bed, with private half bath and large closet to store luggage and golf clubs, fishing equipment, etc . 2nd bedroom features full over full bunk beds. Central bathroom has a small closet to store toiletries and has a tub with shower. On property is a gated swimming pool with lounging/sunbathing area. The hot tub is located in the lush courtyard for a more relaxing atmosphere. Also, there is a clean, coin operated laundry room located on property. The complex is centrally located, with Island transportation available to help you get around if you walk too far! This unit is located on the third floor, which is the top floor. While there is no elevator, the stairs are not difficult to master and are certainly worth the trek. Assigned parking for your vehicle.

This place was amazing we had an air problem at night contacted manager they had it fixed in an hour couldn't ask for better service. It was clean the people were nice and the grounds were kept very well pool and hot tub was clean. Loved it will be going back. Highly recommend

Weekend get away

Clean property with well equipped kitchen. Short and easy walk to public access to the beach Easy close parking. Easy check in. Nice grounds. Hot tub is small and was in use a lot so we did not have a chance to get in, but was clean as was the pool. Our main reason for going is to be on the beach anyway. Price is very good. Would stay here again!

We moved to South Padre Island from Austin, TX in 2007. We are both native Texans, and it had been a dream to live on the Island. We own a small retail store, enjoy having our daughters, their families (9 grandchildren!) and friends visit and enjoy this amazing Island. (Of course we only host ONE family at a time!)

Why they chose this property

When we moved to South Padre in 2007, we rented this great condo for 3 1/2 years. After Hurricane Dolly in 2008, much of the interior was rebuilt and updated. Three years ago it was repainted and further updated, making it even better. By "divine" appointment, we talked to the owner who was selling to move off the Island, and we knew we had to have it!

What makes this property unique

This condo felt like "home" the first time I walked into it! It's walking distance to the beach, the bay, and many other locations. The kitchen is large and well equipped. And the courtyard is a lush, delightful view from the balcony. A peaceful beach getaway!
