Property was easy to check-in/-out of. Host was very quick to reach out and respond. Weather was weird snd went from warm to cold. I messaged the host to help adjust the nest thermostat and it was done within 15 minutes. Home was well stocked with necessities and things we didnt know we would need! We were able to cook with the fantastically stocked kitchen. This home was so comfortable and cozy, we will definitely book again when in the area.

House is new and very clean. We were there for a UNT game. We could walk to the stadium from this house. The only negative was that there were only 7 towels for a house that sleeps 10.

One thing we didn't understand was.. all the other VRBO we stay in always has us strip the beds so it makes it easier for the person who cleans and washes them has less work.. but you didn't want us to strip the beds. Can I ask why? everyone was asking and thinking that they just made the bed for the next person. I don't think you would do that .. I just wanted to tell them why. We may be interested in renting again when football season starts up again. Everything was nice and clean and we did have a great time. It was close to UNT .. easy to find and our host was very helpful and quick with answering any question we had.
