Upscale unit with free parking centrally located

Property is on a corner lot on quiet street with full bath, kitchen and living room. It has a fenced in yard for small pets. Close to everything! 10 minutes to downtown. 15 minutes to South Beach. 10 minutes to Miracle Mile, Sunset Place. 5 minutes to Cocowalk, Merrick Park. Great, friendly neighborhood. I live in the other unit with my little Maltese, Brooklyn where we have our own separate entrance. Welcome!

Convenient and responsive owner

Unit was clean and conveniently located. Owner very nice and easy to get a hold of. Never had any problems and he would check in periodically with me to see how things are going, and if there was anything else he could do to make my stay more enjoyable.

A great spot to stay in Coral Gables!

This is a cute, well-equipped bungalow which is larger than the photos make it appear. And, it was immaculate. Nick was a terrific host, very personable and helpful in pointing us in the right direction. (For example, he recommended a restaurant that was exceptionally good.) We would stay here again in a heartbeat. The parking is easy and the neighborhood is quiet. A good choice!
