We have wonderful vacation. The apartment has been recently renovated and cosy. The mattresses are very good. A kitchen is fully equipped . Our check in and check out were without complications in friendly atmosphere. All instructions were clear and on time. Thank you to the hostess Ana.

Ana was not very responsive. I had to call Vrbo multiple times in order to get a response from the host. A few days before check in I was given another number. She much much easier to communicate with. When we arrived we had to walk with out suitcases to the other building to get key fobs and wrist bands. We were not allowed to check our bags at the desk and come back. Wasnt a long walk but its a stone path then you have to walk through the parking with all you luggage after you've been travelling!! You had to have your key fob at all times to use the elevator or any doors. Difficult to do when you are coming on and off the beach to always have it handy. They require guests to wear wrist bands at all times. This is fine when your swimming, but I'm not wearing the wrist band to shower and go out to dinner. They charger 10 to replace it. The restaurant in the restaurant was not good. The food was mediocre at best. We did not get what we ordered. We saw several other guests have the same issue/complaint. They have several security staff all over, felt more like fun police. No one was allowed rafts, not even kids or elderly. No drinks of any sort in the pool. No speakers allowed, even on low volume. They would come around often check to make sure you were following the rules. Front desk staff was not very helpful. Had to have repairs on shower head and patio door the first day. Overall ok. beach was great, walkable, pool were fine but felt like guests were always in "trouble"
