Welcome to Carry Bay, which is located on Route 2 on the Champlain Islands in North Hero, Vermont.

The cottage sits on the waters edge where you can enjoy beautiful sunsets.

This location is the prefect spot for fishing, boating or taking out your canoe or kayak to explore the beautiful shores of Lake Champlain or just relax. You will also be entertained by the osprey, blue herons , or kingfishers.

The cottage has 2 bedrooms, a full bath and an open kitchen, dining and sitting area.

We are located 45 minutes from beautiful downtown Burlington Vermont and 60 minutes to Montreal, QC, Canada.

Seasonal rental is an option. May 1 thru September.

Beautiful

We went to boat mainly and loved it! On-site boat launch was very convenient and the docking accommodations were great. The cabin was just as expected and the retractable awning was perfect for a western exposure…beautiful sunsets!

So peaceful

From the very friendly hosts to the beautiful views, the stay was relaxing and just what the family needed! We kayaked, went on walks in the state parks and enjoyed all the sights. And our dogs loved it too!

If you're looking for solitude, this is not your place,but if you want to be close to the water, have beautiful views, and comfortable cabins you couldn't do better. Plenty of room to launch your boat,canoe, kayak or super yacht. Owners are friendly and accommodating especially when we had to leave early due to illness. We would go back v

Cozy Cabin

Cabin is small but well laid out and well appointed. We enjoyed the water and watching the fishermen come and go. Good starting point for the several day trips into Quebec we made as well as to New York and Southern Vermont. Cabin has access to a grill and fire pit as well as outdoor table and chairs. Not sure these were visable in the listing pictures.

Our dream to own property on the water was fulfilled when we purchased our spot on Carry Bay. This was the perfect fit. It is right on the shores of Lake Champlain and offers us beautiful sunsets, access to the lake and all it has to offer and we just enjoy the peace and serenity that the lake allows us to enjoy. We in turn enjoy sharing that with others.
