Clean, cozy and comfortable condo with a great location and comfy beds. Walked to downtown every day after hiking in the Smokies, which are also just minutes away. Would definitely stay again
Great location to downtown. Cute condo with all the kitchen basics and super comfortable beds. Great communication and easy check in process. Would stay again!
We enjoyed our stay. For a smaller condo, it was nice, the beds were comfortable, the balcony was nice, and it had a pool. The host even gave us a personal call before we got there, which was nice! The only recommendation I have, bring change if you plan to use the laundry room as there is not a change machine in there.
The location is perfect - a short walk from downtown. The owner provided wonderful communication. Property was beautiful, clean, comfy beds and furniture - all the necessities provided. Ample parking. Safe location. Would definitely recommend and stay again!
My family and I were able to stay here a couple of nights during spring break. Perfect of our little ones and close to downtown. The trolly stop nearby made this experience even better. We were able to jump on and not fight the traffic/parking.

Just Right!
Clean, great location, quiet at night! Pre-reservation information and communication was excellent - thank you!! We were within walking distance of downtown, the pool was adequate for the kids, and the apartment was comfortable. I would stay there again!
No issues with the condo. Everything descibed in the ad was spot on.

Everything was amazing. Condo was very clean , close to town and the decor was so nice. Everything you needed was there for you even if you forgot something like a toothbrush. Will definitely rent this place again and recommend it to all my friends and family.

The distance to downtown Gatlinburg or the trolley were amazingly close. Also, you are right beside the Smokies. However, the views are not great from this particular unit, but we were hardly in the room but the beds were super comfy and the property is cozy and quiet.
The condo was spotlessly clean, beautifully decorated, and cozy as can be. The unit’s location right next to the elevator is very convenient. The beds were super comfortable as was the recliner in the living room. Perfect places to rest after lots of walking! We had everything we needed and would be more than happy to stay again in the future!
I had hoped to spend time by the pool, but it was raining. I walked through downtown, eating good food. I sat on the balcony and had two close bear sightings with one walking over to my balcony and looking up. I relaxed in a clean, comfortable, beautifully decorated home. These were the things I actually needed. I didn’t miss the pool.

Peaceful
My plan of three days by the pool was thwarted by the weather, and I’m glad. Instead, I strolled in downtown and watched the rain from the balcony. I was thrilled to see a bear on two of my nights. One came to the balcony and looked up at me. The apartment was perfect…clean, beautifully decorated, and comfortable. The host…perfect!I loved every minute and didn’t miss swimming at all.
A very nice place with a great location. Everything was very nice and clean. It is a little small but I knew that gong in. For what we needed it was just right. The owner answered all our questions and was easy to work with.
This condo is nicely located to the main tourist strip of Gatlinburg. There are many stairs, which my family enjoyed walking after eating downtown. Beds are comfortable, there is a fully stocked coffee station and a large balcony to enjoy your morning coffee. The host was kind enough to reach out via text and email with helpful details. We even saw three baby black bears as we were packing up the car to travel home!
We absolutely loved this condo! Going out on the private balcony every morning and watching God create another beautiful day in the Smoky Mountains with a cup of coffee was the perfect start of our every day during vacation! The ONLY thing that we found a little challenging was cooking breakfast every morning on the teeny tiny stove but we did it!
We enjoyed our stay! Plenty of room for the 4 of us. Also, very close to town. Might be able to walk but we didn’t try. The Walgreens in town is large and we were able to stock up on a few essentials for meals. Kitchen is small but perfect for a few meals at home. Love the king size bed in the master! On site laundry was inexpensive but there's no change machine so bring quarters. We saw a bear come around the property a few times so be aware when outside!
It begins with communication and communication from the owner was perfect. We felt very prepared to enter the unit and found it as we expected. The balcony was a nice place and was very comfortable and peaceful. We felt like we had a great location as we were not on the strip, but we were not far away either. The Keurig that was there was a great addition and enjoyed by all of us. The kitchenette was simple, but efficient. The Condo was very clean and We would definitely stay there again.

Not What I expected Location driving and parking for in town activiues
It was misleading on walkabitity to town! After hiking all day we were tired and drove everywhere! The unit it self was good but felt a little mislead on location. They also took security deposit that was never refunded! Hidden fee which was a little bit in conventional. I have always had security deposited refunded after property is checked out with a week of exiting property! This I found a bit of a rip off! We had a great time at the national park in spite of the fact the location was not as convient to ttown as advertised.

Hi Dale, We are sorry to hear that the location of the property did not meet your expectations! While we do accurately represent the location of the condo, we have updated the description to note that guests have to walk on an incline and a wooden stairwell to reach downtown. Evolve breaks down all rates and fees, including the damage protection plan, before travelers confirm their reservations, and then again in the rental agreement that each guest signs before their stay. We have moved away from a traditional deposit so that we can better protect our travelers and our homeowners in the event that damage occurs during a guest's stay. We apologize for any confusion, but we are transparent with our guests at every stage of the booking process and are available 7 days a week to address any questions or concerns. Best, the Evolve Team
The condo was very clean upon arrival and check in was very easy. Host communicated very well and provided tips about the area to make our trip more enjoyable. The king bed is one of the more comfortable beds I’ve slept in while traveling. We did have to move things a bit to access outlets to charge devices near the beds, but nothing major that we couldn’t manage. The pool was closed and actively being worked on during our stay, which I don’t think the host was aware of. We did see a couple bears on the property as they are just starting to come out for spring, they didn’t bother us at all. Overall a great location and very quiet. The trolley stop at the bottom of the hill/driveway is a great way to get down to town. We highly recommend utilizing the trolley system, and hopefully you’ll get to meet the driver Ruthie. She’s a riot.
Laurel Inn condo was great. Center of town within walking distance which we did multiple times every day. Could be somewhat difficult walk if disability’s but our group of 4 in our 60’s did fine. Great stay
