Welcome to our stunning 5-bedroom, 5-bathroom Luxury house at Sonoma Resort in Kissimmee, Florida. This VIP property can comfortably accommodate up to 13 guests, making it the perfect choice for families or groups looking for a memorable and upscale vacation experience.
As you step inside, you'll be greeted by a spacious, beautifully designed double-height reception and living area, with elegant furnishings and tasteful decor. The open-concept layout seamlessly connects the living room, dining area, and fully equipped kitchen, providing a warm and inviting atmosphere for socializing and relaxation. A welcome basket with snacks and two Fiji waters invite you to unwind and relax.

At our vacation home, you will find:
- Your own PRIVATE POOL and hot tub attached (which gets the warm water from the pool heater, so it can't be set higher than 87F), to relax after a sunny day at the theme parks. Pool heating is INCLUDED in your night rate, nothing extra to pay! Pool heating is turned on early on the day of your arrival, so depending on the weather conditions (cold season), the water temperature may not reach a comfortable temperature until the day after your arrival. We set the pool temperature to 87F (as setting it higher renders the chemicals in it ineffective), but depending on weather conditions, the actual water temperature will hover between 85 and 95F during warm months, while during colder ones, water temperature will be 20 to 25F higher than the ambient temperature.

- And if you like grilling, you can ask for a 3 or 4-burner outdoor grill! The outdoor grills are not on-site and will be available upon request. The grill can be delivered on the day of your arrival and will be picked up after your departure; it is delivered completely sanitized and with an entire can of propane (charcoal is not allowed, per resort regulations). You can either pay the cost of rental (for up to one week is $80+tax for the 3 burners, and $95+tax for the 4 burners, while each extra day after costs $11.42+Tax and $13.57, respectively), or you can switch the complimentary pool heating for the rental of the BBQ grill!

The bedroom configuration is as follows:
- Bedroom 1: The king suite master bedroom boasts an ensuite bathroom with an oversized shower, a TV, and plenty of resting space, ensuring an indulgent stay.
- Bedroom 2: With a king-size bed, private bathroom, and TV, this bedroom offers a serene and comfortable retreat.
- Bedroom 3: Guests staying in this room themed with Frozen's Olaf will enjoy a full-over-full bunk bed and a trundle, with a TV and private bathroom, providing a tranquil space to unwind.
- Bedroom 4: Olaf (Frozen) themed room, featuring a full-over-full bunk bed and a trundle, for up to five people. This whimsical bedroom has also a smart TV and night light for kids.
- Bedroom 5: This bedroom offers a queen-size bed and a shared bathroom. This bedroom with a TV is on the first floor (downstairs)

Outside, you'll find a private pool to take a refreshing dip or simply relax on the sun loungers. Spend your evenings enjoying al-fresco drinks or lounging at the spa while creating unforgettable memories with loved ones. The pool area has plenty of seating and entertaining space!
For added convenience, a washer and dryer are provided in the unit, allowing you to pack light and have fresh clothes throughout your stay.

Sonoma Resort is the perfect location for your next trip.
Our spacious luxury home is in the exclusive gated community of Sonoma Resort next to “The Loop”, a premier Shopping and entertainment center!
We are just 15 minutes from Disney, as well as upscale brand outlets, and golf courses. Only 14 miles away from Orlando International Airport.
The community has an amazing Clubhouse, fitness center and a large community pool.

Having your own rental vehicle is advised to make the most of your trip. In case you do not want to drive. Uber and taxis are available.

Check-in time is after 4 pm, and check-out time is 10 am sharp.
Additional (mid-stay) cleaning can be arranged upon request.

Our vacation home is self-catered during your stay.
On your arrival, you will find everything ready for you: clean linens and towels for up to 13 guests, shampoo, body wash, toilet paper rolls in each bathroom, laundry and dishwasher pods, kitchen paper towels, for your whole stay.
If you want additional clean towels or linens, you can either use the washer and dryer at the unit or request an additional cleaning (including replenishing of toiletries and cleaning supplies).

Important information about the pool:
Your private pool is serviced weekly, usually on Wednesday or Thursday, and the pool technician accesses the back patio through the outer screened door of the lanai (please don't lock it).
When you check-in, the pool will be in working order, including the water level, pool heater turned on, etc. Should the water level drop due to normal use and/or evaporation during your stay, please refill it up to the middle part of the skimmer using the provided hose. If you request the pool to be serviced and we find the malfunction is due to low water level, clogged system due to using oils, bubbles, or any other foreign substance, etc., we will charge you a minimum of $75 for the trip plus the work needed to put the pool back in working order.

We turn on the pool heater, if you requested and paid for it before your arrival, the day of your check-in around 10 am, so it's possible the water temperature will not be at the highest point until 10 to 11 pm that day, that is normal, and this is how this pool heater work. IMPORTANT: the spa gets the warm water from the pool, so in order to get warm water at the spa, pool heating has to be requested, and also be aware that the spa temp will be the same as the pool (can't be set at higher temps, like detached spas).
