Great House for a Great Price!

Home was very clean and in good shape! Great location in Kissimmee with grocery stores and restaurants nearby. Property is extremely safe with security checking us in every time we arrived. Very close to every highway needed to get to Disney (about a 20 min trip). Will stay again!

Cheer Comp Getaway

We had a great stay here! Plenty of space to spread out, quiet, nice accommodations. We didn't realize the grill was locked and an additional charge to use. We only wanted to use it one night but didn't receive a response back from the property manager quick enough but not a big deal, just cooked in the house instead. We had a great experience, would stay here again!

Stay was pleasant I just hate we couldn’t park in garage overall very nice home and neighborhood throw rug needs to be replaced in living room

Great stay

The house was very clean, the beds were comfortable and there was plenty of room. The only complaint I have is that we only received one dishwasher and laundry soap for our 8 day stay. I requested more as I did not feel that was something we should have to purchase but did not receive any.

Thank you for take the time to let us know how we are doing. Unfortunately we do only provide supply for the first night so you can go to the store after arrival and buy whatever you need . Most of hosts do exactly that and we mention about this on the house rules . And also we only provide one toilet roll for Each of the 5 bathroom. Tô make such you have enough for the first night. I hope you understand. And thank for staying with us .

Horrible - never again!

Pros: Layout is great with a bathroom for every bedroom. Cons: (I HAVE PICTURES OF EVERYTHING because the host will say the property is perfect.) Property clearly is not kept up or cleaned regularly. Upon checking in on 12/25, the alarm system was beeping loudly and had over 29 errors from 12/12. The dishwasher was broken with error codes E1/F1. Floors were stained and filthy. Only one room was as pictured on VRBO – the others all had beds with a thin sheet and thin STAINED blanket. Most linens and towels were stained. Carpets/rugs were stained and filthy, along with multiple burn marks. Upon reporting this to the property mgmt company, there was no response for over 2h, so I msgd the host, who was extremely hostile and accused me of lying. As a fellow business owner, I was doing her the courtesy of letting her know the condition her “luxury” rental was in. Then, called VRBO and asked for alternate accommodations. NONE WERE PROVIDED. Things only got worse. Host was verbally abusive over the phone. Gated community – gate was broken for 10/11 days that we were there. Quiet time of 11pm was not enforced. Our neighbours were huge partiers until 5am. All documentation and texts were sent to VRBO. AFTER 2 days, Host replaced dishwasher and sent twin and double throw blankets from Walmart (after being advised my guests already bought their own blankets).

Our team appreciates the time you took to review our house because we work very hard to make our guests happy and comfortable. However, upon your arrival the management company noticed nothing we provided you with to address your concerns made you happy. Even though we went above and beyond to satisfy you we noticed the problem isn't the house. We even gave you the option to go to other location and you declined on the phone. I wish better luck to the next host that accepts you as a guest. We will continue to work hard to delivery the best accommodations to genuine guests that come to stay with us and who are not looking to stay for free because we do not provide free accommodations.
