It's the closest community to the Disney Parks (about five miles) and also close to other major attractions (Universal Studios, etc.). It is situated a few minutes from local shops and about 10 minutes from surrounding golf courses.

This spacious and air-conditioned house is renovated with brand new furnishings and custom decorations to make you feel at home. Brand new mattresses and high quality bedding ensure that you rest comfortably at night. Among available features are free WiFi, free wireless broadband, free domestic calls within the U.S., free cable TV, game tables, a crib, washer/dryer machines, and a dishwasher.

This upgraded luxury villa boasts stunning views that overlook 14 acres of a beautiful, natural lake and tranquil surroundings. Tropical birds, baby ducks, and sand cranes often linger to be fed. You can watch eagles fish and large turtles bask in the sun; this haven for wildlife is just 15 mins from Disney! The villa is furnished to the highest possible standard WIFI and cable TVs. The open floor plan includes 2 lounge areas, a dining area, and a fully equipped kitchen with a stove, oven, microwave, large fridge/freezer with ice dispenser, dishwasher, waste disposal, etc. The breakfast nook overlooks the pool and the game room includes a pool table and a foosball table. The private, southeast-facing, screened pool & spa area overlooks the lake. It's the perfect place to lounge on comfy outdoor furniture, bask in the sun, and enjoy the free WiFi connection.

Overall a very comfortable/spacious home for our party of 12 (including 2 toddlers & 2 infants). Close to all of the Disney parks. Plenty of stores & restaurants very close by which was great. We did have a few issues at the house which were promptly addressed by the owner & local maintenance staff/HOA so they did not have a negative effect on our stay.

Great place and location

We stayed with two other families and a total of five teenagers. The house was clean, check-in process was easy, communication with the owners was very good. The pool and hot tub were perfect. And the view was awesome over the lake trail. We would definitely stay again.

This house is in a lovely gated community with lots of activities to keep the whole family entertained. There were some small issues upon our arrival like the fridgerator shelves were missing, but Donna was very quick to help us out and get those to us ASAP. Would highly recommend!

Family getaway

We had a wonderful time in this beautiful home. The set up is great with plenty of room for our group of 6 adults and two small children to spread out. The pool was great and the adults enjoyed the hot tub (we did pay to have it heated since the nights were still chilly). The house was well equipted with dishes and pots and pans...the applicances were clean and in good order. Communication with the owner was quick and efficient.We can't wait to visit again soon.

Very beautiful place, quiet and perfect for family vacation

We truly enjoyed our stay, especially the beautiful pool with magnificent lake front view. My children enjoyed feeding the birds, rabbits and turtles. We even did some fishing on the lake. So much fun things to do just being around the house and resort. We will definitely come back for our next family reunion.

Love this clean and beautiful house

Our family truly enjoyed our stay, The house is so beautiful, nice clean and specious. The magnificent view of the pool is the plus, this newly renovated pool is just amazing, our little one enjoyed it so much and wouldn't even want to leave.. We highly recommend this property unreservedly.

Great villa, ideal location

Great location, loved watching the birds on the lake in the evenings. It's a massive villa that's clean and tidy. Only negative was the condition of the couch in the living room - it's a little on the tired side. Apart from that, had a lovely stay and would definitely be back again.

Peaceful area on the lake. The furniture inside and out needs updating/replacing. The bed linens and baths were cleaned but the place needs a whole house cleaning. Refrigerator and freezer are missing most shelves.

Large lovely home in gated community

Very responsive to our request to have pool cleaned. Gas grill was not used nevertheless fun for all

The owner was very responsive to having the pool cleaned, however the hot tub stopped working and the gas grill needed cleaning. Nevertheless, the house was excellent for our family and we enjoyed our stay. Overall, we would use this property again and highly recommeded it to family and friends. Our stay was July 3 - 6, 2019.

convenient and clean

property is convenient to all central florida attractiions. house is beautiful and clean. donna's done a great job on her end! the security folks at the gate to allow you entrance are only in the guard house on dayshift. at night you sit and wait for someone to return, a fob for the auto door would be more convenient.

Nice villa that is clean, fairly maintained, and priced right. Needs new furniture (dated) and kitchen supplies (pots/pans). Rec room in summer is hot and not useable because it was converted from an uninsulated garage without any air-condition.

The villa is looking rather tired and could do with updating, the carpets were heavily stained in places, the pool had a leak so had to be topped up every couple of days. But for a family of twelve it was okay.

We had a wonderful time staying here Lake Berkley is almost hidden away although it is surprisingly close to everything. Being a gated community, it is quiet with very little traffic and the whole resort is really well maintained. Being past the stage of theme parks we spent lots of our time watching the wildlife from the pool area – herons, egrets, eagles and ospreys, and the cheeky ducks.. The house has a well-equipped kitchen, and comfy sofas and a big TV when you just want to relax. We spotted one small issue which was responded to in a few hours, can’t really ask for more than that. Hope we’ll be back in the future

Lake Berkley Housr

Generally good. Some issues with heating the pool and internet connections. Both were resolved by the property manager. Overall the house was good, some issues with poor cleaning. Couches need replacing, they are worn out, you sink so deep it is hard to get out. Some of the pots and pans are badly worn and also need upgrading. Bedrooms were good. Lots of room in the house for our seven people.
