About this property

It's the perfect marriage of the organic materials , handmade craftsmanship and the location that set you up in the peaceful state of mind when you spend some time here. After few hours here your body clock settles into a restful pace. I'm still not sure wether it is the memories of vacations in Bali or Thailand that get waken up while I'm here or the serene location or maybe there are some magnetic fields deep under ground , but I tell you , I sleep better here than anywhere else. Comfort , serenity & feelings of well being radiate in this place...Of course the super fast internet as well for those company work retreats.
Please note that we have a 4 night minimum during the summer & on all major holidays.
3 night minimum on weekends. The prices include 8 persons staying at the property .

Beautiful family time together!

This house is a gem! My family and I felt away from the world, sitting on the porch, overlooking the lake. We used the kyacks,, went on walks, and explored the areas . We hope to be back soon

Peaceful retreat

We had a lovely, relaxing, rejuvenating 2 week stay here with our 21 and 22 year old sons. A tranquil nature-reserve like setting. Spent our time relaxing on the deck, in the hammock swing, swimming and light kayaking in the pond, fabulous bike trails nearby and on country roads, great hiking, and terrific food in nearby New Paltz and Rosendale. House is beautiful, clean, very comfortable, well equipped kitchen (cooked almost all our meals) - really had everything we could want (even floating noodles for the pond!). Piotr was very responsive whenever we had questions. Grateful for the serenity! Highly recommend - a real getaway! (but with cell, internet and WiFi service!).
