About Marilyn Jenkins
The lakefront home will eventually become a retirement getaway for two University of Kansas graduates. But until these Jayhawks retire, they hope that the vacation home will be used by others. We invite you to enjoy the house, the location, the beautiful lake, the great upstate NY summer weather, outdoor activities and that you will find the Adirondacks as beautiful as any vacation spot in the country.
Marilyn Jenkins purchased this House in 2013
Why Marilyn Jenkins chose Brantingham
In 2012 as these Jayhawks gave thought about permanent nesting, Brantingham Lake was at the top of their list. It provides a great place to relax, plus it provides all summer activities at your finger tips - all lake activities, hiking, golf, shopping, eating, and more.
What makes this House unique
The house sits just feet off of the lake and is in a protected cove, to allow for some privacy. There is a total of 1.5 acres of land, but it is the lake that makes this property so attractive. The lake is small enough to be considered some-what private, yet large enough for all boating activities. Facing west/northwest, this house boasts one of the best sunsets on Brantingham Lake.
