We also appreciate you bringing your concerns about the bedding to our attention. Cleanliness is something we take very seriously, and we're sorry to hear that part of your experience did not meet your expectations. As a result of your feedback, we are replacing the comforter and pillows in that room, and we've also shared your comments with our cleaning team to reinforce our standards and ensure every piece of bedding receives an additional inspection before each stay. We also appreciate your feedback regarding the living room seating and will be purchasing an additional chair to make the space even more comfortable for larger groups. We’re sorry that some aspects of the home did not meet your expectations. We take cleanliness and the condition of the property seriously and will be following up with our cleaning team regarding the kitchen and downstairs shower. We’ll also be addressing the areas of peeling wallpaper and continuing to make improvements throughout the home. We also want to note that the concerns regarding cleanliness, smell, and allergic reactions are not issues we have experienced or heard as recurring concerns from our previous guests. That said, we take your feedback seriously and will be taking a closer look to ensure everything is up to our standards. Our home is an older Adirondack property with a traditional Adirondack feel and character, rather than a newly built or modern home. We’re proud of the property and believe its character is part of what makes it special, while still working to improve it for our guests. We do wish we had known about these concerns during your stay, as we would have appreciated the opportunity to address anything we could have corrected while you were there.
