Welcome to Evergreen Lodge in Old Forge. This stunning 5+ bedroom lodge consists of 3 spacious floors. Beginning on the lower level enjoy a bar & entertainment room equipped with a mini fridge, game table, TV, piano and extra sleeping space (4 twin bunk beds). On the main level, there are a bedroom with a king and one with a queen, a full bathroom, a beautifully appointed kitchen, large dining room and great with gorgeous stone, wood-burning fireplace. On the 2nd floor, 3 more bedrooms and another full bathroom complete this home; one with 2 twins, another with 1 twin and the final bedroom with 1 double/full & 1 twin. The outdoor space is ample with a firepit, propane grill, picnic table and nice lawn. This property has access to the Hollywood Hills Association Beach and boat docks - about a 15 minute walk or less than a 2 minute drive. Located right outside the town of Old Forge where you will find shops, restaurants, a water park, movie theater, cafe, bakery etc.

Winter in Upstate New York offers diverse outdoor activities, especially in the Adirondack towns of Old Forge, Inlet, and Eagle Bay. Enjoy skiing at McCauley Mountain or cross-country skiing and snowshoeing at Fern Park and Adirondack Woodcraft Camps. Known as the 'Snowmobiling Capital of the East,' our region features 500 miles of groomed trails. After your adventures, relax at local bars and restaurants or explore the charming streets filled with shops and attractions.

Lovely Lodge

The lodge was lovely! Loved the view, the very tame bucks and the ability to either be close together or spread out/alone. Thankful it didn't snow, wish the rain had stayed away. We had a great time despite the weather.

cozy cabin weekend

Stayed here with a group of friends (12 people) for a long weekend. It was a great time. The cabin was very close to town where we did some shopping. The dining room was big enough for family dinner, and there was plenty of places within the cabin where we could spread out during the day. The kitchen was well equipped with enough pots, pans, utensils, plates, etc, for everyone. Would stay here again.

The house is in a great location. Large house, lots of room for everyone to spread out. Be prepared for lots of stairs (especially if you have little ones.) There is one gate on one set of stairs.Unfortunately, the refrigerator broke down and we lost a lot of food. We had to order food as all our food was ruined. What we did replace we had to put in a cooler. When we told the manager, they said they would bring ice as soon possible. As they didn’t show we had to run out and get ice. They did bring it the next morning after we called again.It was inconvenient to live out of a cooler after having paid for the convenience of the house accommodations. We were reimbursed for the food we lost but it would have been nice to have some reimbursement for the inconvenience we experienced as well. All in all if appliances were updated and a deep clean done it is a nice place. Owner and managers were easy to deal with overall. Communication and pay were confusing going between VRBO and then the owners business. It was not the cleanest place as we found things from former renters that should have been cleaned if the cleaners were thorough. (A prescription eye drops under a bed, an arm brace in edge of bed, and the carpet could be cleaned.)
