Spacious 3 bedroom pool home

My apologies you felt that way. Thank you for your response. I am not sure if you are aware that Florida experienced one of the coldest winter in 8 years, and therefore, lawns are not as lush. We have just entered into the Spring season with mixed temperatures, and therefore, it is taking longer for the grass to grow back as it would normally. I currently hired a gardener to replenish my lawn. Please understand that I have no control over the weather. I do have a lawn care staff that serviced the lawn every 2 weeks. The home looked exactly as photo. In fact, I have always received compliments on the home as recently as the previous guest. But, I do understand everyone has their own sense of style. But as stated, the house is exactly as pictured. I asked you to send photos to confirmed what you published and you failed to do so. I have a pool technician that cleans and treat the pool. My cleaning crew thoroughly cleaned the home after each guest and is inspected prior to each guest checking in. I wished you had answered my initial message on the day post your check-in so any issues could have been remedied as quickly as possible. Instead, you respond after you decided to leave. I further offer you extensive cleaning services and you did not respond. However it was difficult for me to solve any issues without photos and communication. As for wheelchair accessibility in the home. I also asked for you to send me photos of our messages where we had discussed wheelchair use and accessibility. In addition, the home is an open concept with 36 inches wide doors. I am not sure what you meant by pool being exposed because there is covered Lanai and that's Florida law. In addition pls note it has to passed inspection. The pool is the size as pictured and as advertised. Please keep in mind, this is a 3 bedroom home. My pool is able to accommodate 3 guests. I recently had a family of 7, and they were no complaints of the size of the pool. In fact, they loved it. I will replace the toilet handle that you broke, so no worries. I also asked for photos so I can have my repair person visit the home to make repairs. Again you did not respond. Although, I appreciate your business, you do have the right to seek other accommodations. I truly sorry for the way you and your love ones felt because my goal is to have all my guests feeling happy and comfortable with their stay.
