Important Note About Lake Access:
This home features true lake access, which is rare and highly valued in this area—especially for those wanting a weekend adventure with kayaks or paddleboards! However, we want to be fully transparent: we have a dock where you can launch your non-motorized watercraft (kayaks, paddleboard, etc) the shoreline is owned by the State of Ohio, and while guests are absolutely permitted to access it, it is natural, rocky, and not ideal for inexperienced swimmers or children. If you’re comfortable with nature’s edge, you’ll love the chance to launch directly into the peaceful waters of the North Reservoir — and we even provide two complimentary kayaks for you to enjoy.
