We had an excellent stay here. Beautiful, quiet surroundings in a great location. We especially loved the screened in porch with the little stream next to it. Apartment is just as described in the listing. The hosts were gracious and friendly, we highly recommend this VRBO.

This was the perfect place for 2 people to stay in Brockport. Very close to town but far enough away for a quiet atmosphere. Beautiful surroundings as well as a beautiful apartment. Jay has successfully strived to make this a quiet, peaceful getaway. In addition to the apartment itself is a screened porch overlooking the beautiful backyard and a fountain feature right outside the apartment providing soothing sounds for your soul. Definitely would stay here again!

VRBO Stay in Brockport, NY Pulling up to what the GPS said was our destination and ending up in a random private driveway had me like… ohhh nooo Old farm vibes and confusion immediately set in.BUT once we turned around and found the right driveway, everything changed.We were greeted by the sweetest owners who walked us to our quaint, cozy little nook — and baby, when I say peaceful, clean, and ZEN… I mean it. The pictures online honestly don’t do the ambiance justice at all.They even built their own pond, and you can hear the gentle water flowing from the outdoor pump. Sitting in the enclosed sunroom, surrounded by nature, just being present in the moment? That was the real highlight This one is officially bookmarked. Catch me back here in the fall for fire pit vibes and crisp air evenings

My husband and I rented this cozy 2 person cottage, to celebrate our 17th anniversary. Check in was a breeze, instructions on how to access the rental were very clear. Key was in the door for us upon arrival. We were greeted with a welcome letter that had everything we needed to know (WiFi password, wildlife, and check out instructions- I love that I didn’t need to check the listing online for this info). My favorite part was sitting out on the back patio/screened in porch area, rocking on the porch swing or the single rocking swing; listening to the birds, crickets, cicadas, peepers; and waterfall feature overlooking the pond on the property. The bed was so comfortable, with adequate blankets and pillows (and extras of both, if more were needed). The shower came with shampoo, conditioner (full size, 2 of each), and 2 full sized body wash. More than enough towels, for our weekend getaway. The kitchen had the cutest hot beverage bar, coffee/expresso, tea, and hot cocoa, sweeteners, stirs, and creamers. The kitchen had the most beautiful butcher block counters, a full electric range/stove, refrigerator and microwave. We chose this rental because of its proximity to the places we wanted to go. Hamlin State Park (on Lake Ontario, 15 min), Lakeside State Park (on Lake Ontario, 30 min), Buffalo, NY/Niagara Falls/ Canadian Border (1 hour), Eternal Flame Falls (hiking, 1 hour 15 min), and Bennett Beach (on Lake Erie 1 hr 30 min). Thank you Jay, we will be back!

The hosts were very accommodating and friendly. Pictures online are accurate but the feel of the beautiful surroundings is so much more beautiful and serene that photos can express. We would stay here again and have already told friends to keep this in mind for out of town guests

Truly home away from home! Stunning property with lush land, beautiful trees and a babbling brook. House is better than pictures show; rustic, with everything we needed including a screened porch and country swing! Our host greeted us as we pulled in and we felt at home immediately. A great find!
