This unit is in a building that was built about 20 years ago. It has been extremely well maintained and was very clean upon our arrival. The view was fantastic and the unit was very spacious. When you open the front door, you see nothing but ocean in front of you. The building on the opposite side of the street is only about 6 or 7 floors high so you are able to see the ocean easily from every angle. The parking garage spans 4 levels and although the spaces can be narrow, there are many available spaces to choose from. The garage is also covered which was nice when coming back in the rain. The elevator is easily accessible from every floor in the garage. The pools were just ok. Since there were 2 and a lazy river to choose from (and hot tub and baby pool), it never felt crowded. The walk to the beach was simple and took about 8 minutes pushing my mother in her beach wheelchair. There is a popular ice cream stand, a beach store and an Irish pub all within a 3 - 5 minute walk from the building. The unit was well stocked with all the basics one would need during their stay. I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a nice location in North Myrtle Beach.
