This inviting 1,550-square-foot retreat is ideal, offering a one floor layout designed for relaxation and convenience beginning with three bedrooms & two bathrooms, comfortably sleeping 6 guests in beds. A sofa sleeper located in the living room offers additional sleeping.

While this home doesn't feature central air conditioning, you can stay comfortable by opening the windows at night to welcome in the crisp mountain breeze. In the morning, simply close the windows and blinds before sunrise to help maintain a cool indoor temperature throughout the day.

You also have easy access to all the activities of Park City by way of the free Park City bus system, which has a stop nearby on Deer Valley Drive.
