Perfect for visiting our son at Texas A&M!

The modern farmhouse was absolutely perfect for our weekend getaway while visiting our son at A&M! The attention to detail, from the decor, to the bed linens, and a fully stocked kitchen made it feel just like home! It was immaculately kept and we also enjoyed sitting out on the back patio on Saturday morning. The perfect stay for a wedding weekend!

We love VRBO for when we have the family come into town! As a bride, you want to ensure your family stays somewhere comfortable during your wedding and Kathy made sure this place was top knotch! We highly recommend staying here if you want all the benefits of a house but also the convenience of a quick stay!

Wonderful place to stay!!

This is a beautiful & comfortable home to stay in. Great kitchen!! Bathrooms are perfect for families. Beds were amazing!! We so enjoyed our stay there for our grandson’s graduation from A&M. Highly recommend this place to future visitors to Bryan/College Station!

Perfect place!

What a cute and cozy little house! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. It is beautifully decorated with lots of updates in bathroom and kitchen. Beds were very comfy too! We definitely recommend this house to others and would stay again if in the area!

This house was wonderful for our family of six. Very nice, very clean, very comfortable beds, had everything we needed. Neighborhood was easy to get in and out of and felt very safe.

Graduation Weekend

We booked this property so that our family could be together to celebrate our son's Texas A&M graduation. It was perfect for our needs, very comfortable, clean and beautiful house. It was nice that the coffee was stocked and we had plenty of towels, sheets, blankets and kitchenware. We also had plenty of parking and didn't have to park in the street because there was ample space in the back and could even park 2 cars in the garage. Would definitely book again!

Perfect Stay!

Great stay for our family of 6 during the Aggie Ring Ceremony/Parent weekend. Beautiful house, nice backyard where we hosted a lovely ring celebration for our Aggies, great kitchen and appliances, super comfy beds and spacious bathrooms. We loved it! For sure will book again!

Just perfect!

Great house, comfortable and roomy, quiet location but central to everything, remodeled beautifully! Kitchen well stocked too, even has an air fryer. Stayed for a softball tournament and hope to stay here if we’re in the area again.

College Station Hideaway

Excellent property if business in college Station. Short drive both ways, but easy access and enough distance to avoid the college scene if desired. Layout allows enough space to relax, much different than a hotel. We loved it and would return for another stay in a heart beat.

Modern Farmhouse

This house is absolutely adorable and perfect for a small group. It’s spotless and has been updated to perfection. It had everything we needed and was easy access to downtown Bryan and the wedding venue we were attending. It’s also an easy drive to College Station and would be a great place to stay for A&M game day.

Beautiful home thoughtful touches

This was a perfect place for us to stay. Everything was very clean and beautiful. Plenty of space and lots of thoughtful touches. We really appreciated the extra linens, nice towels, and kitchen appliances. It was nice to have a garage to park our car.

Our family came down to Bryan/College Station to watch our youngest daughter graduate from A&M and this house was perfect!! We had dinner celebration and it was great for everyone. Would definitely come back.

Aggie Oasis

This is a beautiful property near Texas A&M, George Bush Presidential Library and Aggieland drive through safari. The house is beautifully decorated in a modern farmhouse feel with all the amenities you need your a family getaway. The master bedroom has the most luscious mattress I have ever slept in. Normally, I can’t wait to get back to my bed but not this time. Great host and we are looking forward to returning during the year.

Game Day at Kyle Field!!

Thoroughly enjoyed our game day weekend for the Appalachian State and Texas A&M game. This property is located close enough to Kyle Field to make it convenient, but also far enough away that you feel like you're off the college campus! Downtown Bryan was an added surprise with great restaurants and bars. The property was very well stocked, clean, modern, and had all the conveniences that were advertised and more! I will definitely recommend this place to anyone. House is been remodel inside and out. Everything was provided. Quick response fro. Host. The beds were the most comfortable beds I have ever sleep in a VRBO. I enjoy this place so much that I will not think it twice to stay here again.

Beautiful Renovated Farmhouse in Bryan, TX

The property is a newly renovated farmhouse in a quiet neighborhood close to Blinn Community College. The entire house has been completely renovated to a clean open floor plan with very nice appliances and furnishings. Picture a Joanna Gaines type renovation and you get the picture. All the correct small appliances are included to include a drip coffee maker, a Kuerig coffee/espresso maker and an air fryer. The property is immaculately clean and fresh. The check-in process was very easy, with keyless entry ways. Kathy was very responsive answering my messages and just a terrific host. With a son attending Texas A&M, My wife and I will definitely be staying here again in the future!

Our Stay at The Farmhouse

We were impressed with the cleaness, the amount of amenties furnished, the ample space, excellent air conditioner and the overall condtion of the property. We would have given the property a "Top Star rating"but there were some negatives: The hall bath has a two (2) foot entry door restricting entry of the handicapped, the hall bath did not have adequate safety hold bars creating a potential fall event for all persons with and without handicaps. The twin bed matresses were extremely uncomfortable and unsafe because of age and being peaked in the middle causing a person to continiously feel like they are going to roll out of bed.
