Cozy Beachfront condo in phenomenal Destin with stunning beach views
Escape to this upper floor condo in picturesque Destin. This beautiful property features 1 bedroom with a king bed, 2 bathrooms with a bathtub, and a cozy living room with two couched. One fold out into a queen sofa bed. Enjoy 16th floor vistas looking out over the Gulf of Mexico both to the East and West. Guests can enjoy the peaceful surroundings and take advantage of amenities like cold cold AC, hot, hot tub and even a fitness room. The home is owned and managed by long time locals, not a foreign management company and we are there for you. The home is clean, well furnished and in nice condition. If you need anything we are 10 minutes away. Make your holiday relaxed and easy with a stay at our place.
Just as an aside, there is remodeling on the other wing of the building to meet the new safety rules on condominiums from the State of Florida from now until December. Our beachfront unit and stacks are complete with no construction but they are working on the other side of the building facing the road during the week. There can be noise during the day and safety barriers during business hours elsewhere on the property. It does not affect the beach or the pools and is sporadic. The inside pool is scheduled for new windows in November and that pool may be closed for a period. Some days there will be no noise but some days they may be noises after 8 AM until 5PM during the week and possibly weekend if they have a job that needs completion.

About the host
Hosted by Brad and Lisa Fletcher
Local military kid in the area since 1967. Used to ski in the Harbor and now it's a no wake zone. Raised 4 kids locally, coached everything, Graduated from FSU before electricity and am semi retired. 4 VRBO properties, from a one bedroom on the gulf, a 3 BR with boat slips on the Harbor and two 5 BR homes in a Miramar Resort. We use VRBO and try to give you the experience we expect also.
